Cases of rape are not usually as straightforward as you thought..

Advance in technology has made it to be "straight forward". Use of DNA test and other scans and tests can be used to determine if a rape actually took place. Granted there are few cases of consensual sex turned rape, but proper investigations wiil determine and classify them as such.

Rape everywhere. Its high time the government come up with a harsh law to be metted out to these rapists.
