Lol. I believe they have learnt thier lessons. They should upgrade and equip our hospitals and schools to international standard. The ones they fly out to patronise have mostly Nigerian trained doctors and nurses as staff.

The Governors share equi-political power in NIGERIA with the President . So they have equal Power to arrange and rearrange the running of the Country.
