This is a late late late reply....but i feel the reason nigerians don't listen to rock is because they don't just get it (the slow rhythms and lyrics or the fast tempo and aggressive beat)....i listen to rock and i transitioned from hard, metal rock to slow, alternative rock, i did so because when i'm having problems in life.....i usually calm down and get advice listening to some of those songs cuz of the lyrics (they make a lot of sense). i discovered there is a song for all situations that's why i love rock...compare that with nigerian mainstream music of today.....na only kiyamasa kiyamasa kiyamasa i dey hear nothing again

Also comparing the founders of both religions....jesus christ was a peaceful man, he never fought anyone, he never killed anyone, he didn't even have a sword

before i typed what i typed , i have made research to the best of my ability i have gone to muslim hate sites that talk about what is bad in christianity and all, i have gone to christian sites also....i have the holy bible and i also have the quran and all the hadiths too....so i check both for confirmations to people that quote verses and i drew my conclusion

This is good news....but one thing I've noticed is that muslims who are not serious with their religion or just muslims by heritage who leave in the west are not violent but those that are serious and read the quran and the hadiths become violent why......Cuz there is a lot of violence in the quran against non believers...
