omicron: I believe most are stolen cars or the dealers are dubious. Though other assertions here may be right, I think they are in the minority reasons. I can't buy a naija used car advertised online with the plate number defaced or covered.

redcliff: Do you mean in Nigeria or abroad? If its Nigeria, it could be one of several reasons; either the person feels the car is still clean and can pass as a tokunbo vehicle( Non-Nigerian used) or the person stole the car. In the offshore context of Nigeria, i really dont have an idea why the do that. but i feel its europeans that do that alot as against their american counterparts

honeric01: Comprehension problems abi? una no even fit read well and comprehend. the poster said Nigerians, he/she didn't say all Nigerians because no candidate can get ALL Nigerians to vote for him/her, those who voted for him all these while aren't Nigerians or are they from Britain? i guess una too be graduates/literates abi?

Now, for you people to know that Buhari is a good market for sane people with healthy mindset and good foresight, in 2003 under ANPP, he pulled between 3-6 million votes, in 2007,he pulled another 6-9 million votes and 2011 with a less than 1 year old party, he pulled 12-14 million votes with relatively tight budget. sane minds with sound reasoning faculty can deduct from all these that this man is not just an ordinary Nigerian, rather a Nigeria alot of people respect.

He left ANPP, can anyone tell me how many votes ANPP got in the presidential, state and legal government elections? how many people got elected under ANPP?

Now to CPC which was less than 1 year old got votes that ACN,ANPP, AGPA and all other parties excluding the ruling party got all-together. what does this indicate? it indicates that this man is not just your anykind of politician out there.

My prayer is that PDP with their cunny/demonic/devilis and deceitful ways won't break down the merget talks with their moles planted in all these parties trying to merge.

Clerverly: The candidature of Gen. Buhari is beyond Petty-Party-Politics. Even if He stands as an independent candidate, Nigerians will troop out, mobilize and massively vote for him. So all these Jonathan's media attacks dogs(Vanguard Newspaper chief culprit should shut it ) Nigerians are now wiser.

It's possible the car has a lien attached to it (has finance outstanding) and the seller's trying to sell it on without paying the outstanding balance.
