I'm rilly working on a very tight budget,I know HDF are strong and nice but going fo that option would set my project back by over 2million, and my projection for doors is about 1million tops. Hence my choice to go for watson or these budget friendly american panel doors for internal rooms but I'm sceptical about the quality of those door,especially the american panel doors.Thanks all thesame.

Best Bet start with a 100 Bags of Cement. Best 50 to 60 tones of Granite should be fine.

And for the Release 2 Buckets or Bags should be OK.

A Structure well built is not suppose to Vibrate due to Heavy Truck passage.

It's just a flat building measuring 7 x 14 meters. Let's say 3 coaches for foundation. By my rough Calc, height will be 3.6m. There will be just one small room at the very back of the building like a store. Please if anyone can use these little info to give me an estimate of how many blocks they will require, I'll appreciate.

That's is the Jumper Cable. I called him that I would love to send the cable through delivery guys that he should give a location to address it to. He Refused.

I have worked for over 10 Client here on this page I didn't for once had issues with them.

I have said I am sorry to him Severally Instead he keep threatening me that he is going to spoil my name.

I had to let him be. Best he should say Sir I gave someone 5k to fix the doors please pay for it. Instead he keeps attacking me.

Sir!! Don't get me wrong!! He paid me for 5 Doors I did the 5 Doors and supplied him.


I got to his Site 4pm that day on a Sunday!! Installed 2 Doors my Colleague installed 1. Making 3 doors.

I called to his Notice that the tiles was not level at the door area, that it is popping up and the doors frames where bowed due to the bad work of the Bricklayer. They where suppose to brace the frames before plastering.

Why the frame of the Kitchen he said it was Wrongly fixed that he wants it to swing outside instead of going inside because of space management. That we should not border to install that particular door.

Out of the 3 doors installed we had to remove 2 doors back because is was not working!!! Mind you this Doors are Panel Doors. So out the 5 doors it was just one that was possible after using wood chisel to chop off alot of the edges

We left the site 7:30pm that day.

Normally 1 hours was OK to Install the 5 Doors if the Frames where OK.

We talked he was going to fix the Frames instead weeks later you started calling and threatening me to come and Fix the frames I told him fixing of Frames was not part of my job on the phone.

Next he started telling me if will spoil my name on Nairaland to scare away customers from me.

I told him once he get the frames fixed he should let me know. He Later did called me that they have fixed the frames that I should come I promised I was going to come then was when there was Naira scarcity. I explained to him. He kept on threatening me. And later said he as fixed the rest 4 Doors that he will make sure i don't get job from the Page again.

He is only posting pictures of our conversation wish he could post the phone recording between us also.

I told him not to be Angry that alot as Happened during the shot period.

Instead he kept on insulting me on calls.

What do you expect me to do Sir?


There are some things I couldn't share with him. That period I was mourning My Wife and Baby Daughter due to Childbirth.

I was in a Mess then. He never gave me the chance to Explain to him.

The good thing was that I produced the doors had it delivered but couldn't get all fixed due to errors on the frames.

For Months he has been tagging me up and down.
