If one accepts the prevailing scientific understanding of the development of the universe, yet also believes in one of the major religions, then presumably a god sat idle for 13.7 billion years – waiting as the stars, galaxies and planets formed. Don't You know that God works in a mysterious way. His ways are not our/your ways. Don't you know a billion years is like one day before God. Read your bible and ask for understanding and guidance from the holy spirit. It is better to believe in God than to not believe in God and be cast into a lake that burns for eternity.

We can talk about the veracity of the virgin birth of Jesus, talk about the reason why it needed to be a virgin birth, talk how possible, it is for God, to perform this miraculous feat that is yet or ever to be repeated by any other

The talking donkey was a one off, it hasnt happened again ever since that one time and I doubt a retake will ever happen soon. Correctly, it never was a snake but was a serpent, and apparently it is natural for serpents to talk, so what's the big deal. Now, the real deal is about this lot and the just dang delusion of grandeur, false belief in abilities to speak an unknown language, that are not just deceiving selves but also are deceiving others along into buying the deception.
