If you see the way people are angry and leaving their WhatsApp groups in droves. The admins are not good in damage control, instead they are using style to insult their own customers. Can you imagine? |
Hello Ladies and Gentlemen. I'm positive a lot of you guys must have been seeing the Naija Taxi adverts all over social media. The company is about 2 months old. When they started, they promised a business model that makes referrals optional. Barely 2 months into operation, they changed their policy to a minimum of 1 referral, this is done after thousands of people have already used their personal Facebook account to publicize their company. Here is the so called Refund Policy they just released that is making everyone angry, and frustrated. *REFUND POLICY* Sequel to the new 1 referral policy system, the management is glad to offer those that have not received any payment before should submit their username and bank details for a refund. Naija Taxi is a company with bright vision and not a ponzi. We shall continue to grow with members that understand our vision and business concept. A refund link would be released soon. Before that, can I ask you what you paid for? Is it regiatration to double your money or what? Simply NO. It is ride voucher which everyone must get a value for it. So as an affiliate rider you also have the chance to promote us and get paid. For those living in locations we dont have naija taxi - be rest assure we are coming very soon whether people join or not. Pending the time you can re-sell your ride voucher or help people to book online. Whether people stay or not - we shall help many to own cars in our fleet and still create jobs. The decision was based on legal and financial experts in the country to keep Naija Taxi moving. Thanks.. SIGNED MANAGEMENT. If you noticed, their refund policy says nothing about people's data and time that has been wasted in participating in their Ponzi scheme. They are equally silent on the value of advertising they have gotten from others who joined solely because of the OPTIONAL REFERRAL POLICY that was in place when they started operation. 90% of people who are angry on so many WhatsApp groups joined because of the OPTIONAL REFERRAL POLICY. PLEASE WE NEED YOUR INPUT. IS THIS SCAM/PONZI OR NOT? |
Pigs. They should remove the log from their eyes and sue Tony Blair, George Bush and co for the illegal invasion of Iraq. They should sue Obama for indiscriminate use of drones to kill people all over the world. Bloody PIGS. IPOB and propaganda are like 5&6 Uncivilised gorillas |

Share the knowledge! Better yet, warn your friends and family too. If you haven't been scammed or conned on the Internet, count yourself smart...or lucky. As you likely know, con artists and scammers have moved from knocking door-to-door and stopping strangers in a mall or parking lot—they now know the Internet is the place to be. The bad news is, they're having plenty of success online. And their also using regular mail (not just email) and phones too. If you have dodged a scam, maybe it's because you're in tune to what's going on and follow the latest tech news. However, your family may not have the same level of awareness—especially your parents, and grandparents. Even adult children aren't always on top of things as you might hope they are. Help your friends and family avoid scams. You can help those you care about to avoid being victims by being aware of the different types of scams out there, and sharing with them that the risk is REAL. Sharing this article with them would help. Call them, visit them or take them to lunch and tell them that Internet scams are real and that scammers are getting: More creative than ever. More aggressive than ever. More successful than ever. Here's what they should be on the lookout for. Here are the most common and effective scam messages (or "come-ons," as they used to be called) to be aware of. "There is newly-found money with your name on it!" The lure of easy money is hard for anyone to resist, and sometimes people just might feel (or want to believe) that their ship has come in. That's why this scam finds success. "You're the winner of a grand prize!" No one ever seems to win any kind of contest. So, when someone thinks that maybe lady luck has smiled on them, it's hard not to get excited at first...and scammed right after. "The war veterans need your support!" When disasters, emergencies or important causes are in the news, many people are compelled to help. But how? Scammers leverage our human emotions to create fake charities that take real money. "My darling, I need some money..." Instead of playing on victims' hearts for compassion, some scam artists use passion and the promise of love to extract money from an online "friend" and romantic interest. Oftentimes the "friendship" that's forged, usually through social media, promises a loving relationship, but it's all take (money) and no give. "I want to buy what you're selling...but can we talk?" When someone is selling furniture, accessories or anything online, scammers will soon start coming. They'll say that they want to buy what's being sold (which we're glad to hear), but they'll ask for special arrangements to make the transaction happen. Somewhere in their request is a scam where you're sending them money! "We have an investment strategy with super returns!" The investment advice may seem sound, the "ROI" may be very enticing, the voice may sound intelligent, and the website may look 100% legitimate—and that's how and why investment scammers steal millions of dollars every year. "For your safety, we need to verify your account information." By preying on our instincts to stay safe (and to trust most intelligent-sounding people), scammers will impersonate bank personnel or others (the IRS) to obtain personal identification information and account numbers too. Then they betray that trust to steal our money. "You need to pay us now! Or we'll take action." By pretending to have authority (or be the authorities), scammers will demand payment on false overdue payments, such as back taxes. The threats and fear end up squeezing money out of frightened victims, usually elderly. "Hello? Hello? Can you hear me?" There's been recent supposed "scam" where a recorded voice gets tricks you into saying "yes" over the phone. The fear is that you've been tricked into saying yes to buying for more services. More likely, the callers have confirmed a live body is answering the phone—a live body that might be worth trying to scam |

Same-sex Muslim marriages are “thriving” in the UK, according to the person billed as the country’s first Muslim drag queen. Asifa Lahore, 34, whose Pakistani family raised her in west London, contested the recent claim made by another gay Muslim that his was the first union between two Muslim people of the same sex in Britain Jahed Choudhury, 24, made headlines last week when he claimed his marriage with Sean Rogan in Walsall was the first of its kind in the UK. But Lahore, who rose to fame after featuring in Channel 4’s Muslim Drag Queens in 2015, said that while she is happy for Choudhury, who had attempted suicide because of the abuse he suffered as a gay Muslim, there have already been many marriages within Britain’s Muslim LGBT community. “There are countless,” Lahore told the Times. “In the last three years I’ve been to dozens [of] gay Muslim, same-sex marriages. “I attended one last Thursday, of two gay British Bangladeshi guys.” Because marriage has such a significant value in South Asian cultures, she said it should be expected that gay Muslims would take advantage of Britain’s civil liberties. “In south Asian Muslim culture, marriage is very much a milestone. “Even if you identify as LGBT, marriage plays a big part in your upbringing and your psyche and I think LGBT Muslims in Britain are taking real advantage of equal marriage,” Lahore said. “I’m glad this young boy has declared so openly about his marriage, but want him to know there have been others before him and will be many more.” The drag queen also recalled the hardship of revealing her sexuality to her family, who took her to see a GP and an imam to address her queerness. Lahore’s relatives conceded she could have gay relationships, on condition they were kept “secret,” while they arranged her marriage to a woman. At the time, Lahore identified as a boy named Asif Quraish. But Lahore refused and married her gay partner instead, a Pakistani man with whom she entered a civil partnership in 2009, before marrying him five years later after equal marriage was legalized. Lahore, who is currently transitioning to become a woman, said there are thousands of gay and transgender people of Muslim faith, some of whom still do not feel able to come out. “We live in a country where we now have access to equal rights and they should be exercised. “It would break my heart if there were LGBT Muslims out there who didn’t feel they were able to marry,” Lahore said. “Never feel like you’re on your own or that you’re the only one. "There’s many more people in the exact same boat as you. “Britain is a thriving country for the LGBT Muslim community.” Sauce: https://www.rt.com/uk/396794-gay-muslim-sex-marriage/ |

Challenging someone to a duel or practicing witchcraft will no longer be considered a criminal offense in Canada, thanks to a new bill which seeks to update the country’s outdated Criminal Code. Bill C-51 will remove 20 criminal offenses, such as duelling, fraudulently practicing witchcraft, telling fortunes and publishing crime comics from Canada’s Criminal Code. Before the new updated legislation, challenging someone to a duel and accepting the said challenge could have drawn a sentence of up to two years in prison, according to Section 71 of the old code. Advertising a reward for the return of stolen property “no questions asked” will also be repealed, as would advertising drugs to restore “sexual virility.” However, the dueling law may not be so outdated, as earlier this week, police were called to a north Toronto parking lot after two grannies engaged in a duel with their canes. The bill doesn’t just legalize unusual practices, it has also strengthened the country’s sexual assault laws. It includes a statement that an unconscious person can’t consent to sexual activity, and restricts how victims of sexual assault are cross examined in court. https://www.rt.com/viral/391750-duelling-witchcraft-canada-legalized/ |
