I don't think Chief Oluyemisi Falae collected that money for his personal use, it was based on agreement between SDP, a party he represented then and PDP (then government of the day) for mobilization of party members to the then ruling party.

I concur with you but l want to raise the following points:

1.) why (if true) should what was printed by Senator Ita Enang, be different from what the president presented on plenary?
Is this "intentional fraud" on the part of the Senator or just a mistake

2.) Why are the Senators refusing to state "exactly and clearly" to Nigerians, what these observed differences are? Are they trying to be complicit or want to take advantage?

3.) Asking for a "Soft Copy" means the Senate does not trust the Executive to give them exactly what is promised! This is a disgrace on our National Assembly. If there is a difference, simply point it out openly and demand it be corrected and re-presented.

4.) Is the Senate also trying to manipulate the document by trying to work on the "electronic copy" (source document)? What stops them from changing figures here and there and claiming that it is what was sent to them?
What is the necessity of trying to print it for yourselves from the electronic copy, if such electronic copy cannot be made public?
It appears there is a lot of criminality going on between Ita Enang and the National Assembly members.

Finally, l will suggest President Buhari make the Budget available on the Govt Website/portal so that anyone can download it from there.
This will put all these dubiousness to rest!

As for the #Wailers, they can jump-off a cliff, for all l care.
