You have just described in a nutshell the Nigerian problem.
You want to use football to solve a problem that has plagued us even before the independence of Nigeria.
The problem is not football the problem is US. Exactly. |

TheSuperNerd: The bolded is exactly why I mentioned Egypt. Remember the last time they hosted it, they won. That was 2006 I think and they weren't so spectacular too then. Just very disciplined tactically backed up by crazy home support.
The Mo Salah factor also adds to it.
Cameroun.... Believe me, whoever meets them in the round of 16 will not find it fun at all. Not even for an attosecond. The Defending Champs Cameroun can be a very frustrating side to play against. Ask Senegal who met them in 2017 in the Quarters and weere super favorites to win only to be frustrated and dragged into penalties and lost. Then we must be prepared for penalties when we meet them (Cameroun). In fact, we must be prepared for the eventuality that smaller teams would want to drag the match till penalties |

Earthquake3: It is expected for the coach to give a report to the FA after every tournament
That's how you know a serious person, And to think Aigbogun has not done after almost a month of crashing out makes him more unworthy of any post in Nigerian football You still don't get it. The problems with Nigerian football isn't post-tournament report. It's the hydra-headed monster of Corruption, Nepotism, local coaches (some of them), unrealistic fans, bad league management committee, age-cheating and what have you. Until you strike at the heart of this monster, just cutting of the head (sacking coaches) won't do us much good |

TheSuperNerd: Add Egypt too and believe or not, Cameroun. Egypt...I don't really see anything spectacular about except for the Salah factor who is equal to 3 of our players plus they are also the host Nation. So, I expect some biased decisions from the referee. Cameroun....Hmmm....Make we see. |

komekn: Remember when Zambia took the AFCON where were the majority of thier players playing ❓ La Liga ❓ ❓
On paper Senegal is arguably the best selection of players. However, team cohesion is another thing.
Cote De Voire on paper have better players, by virtue of clubs and league.
But the big question is can they play together as a team effectively. In my opinion most of the West African teams don't play the best as a team but rely on individual brilliance to get competitive advantage.
For me the North African have the most organised teams add to that some world and top class players. Then put in the mix home advantage.
l really can not see a sub Saharan team winning this years AFCON. I'm thinking Algeria and Morocco are the major threats to Nigeria |

Humility017: NFF gives Falcons coach, Aigbogun July 31 to submit world cup report
By Andrew Abah, Abuja on June 29, 2019 Super Falcons head coach Thomas Dennerby and his Flying Eagles counterpart Paul Aigbogun have been directed by the Nigeria Football Federation to make their world cup reports available to the secretariat on or before end of July 2019 as the Technical Committee is set to meet the first week of August 2019.
According to Coach Bewarang, NFF head of Technical Department, the directive became necessary as the Technical Committee is to review the performance of the nation’s football teams that participated in both CAF and FIFA competitions this year.
Also, Sportinglife.ng learnt that Paul Aigbogun who led the country’s national U20 team to FIFA U20 World Cup in Poland and managed to reach the knockout stage after emerging as one of the best losers is yet to make his report available to the glasshouse. “The Federation needs to review the outing of its national teams especially the concluded competitions like super Falcons, Flying Eagles, Future Eagles and other age group teams including those preparing for competitions later in the year. Like you know the flying eagles and super falcons got to the knockout stage by luck and we need to review the outing and recommend ways to do better in the future.” Said Bewarang.
The former Plateau Utd Football Club Boss revealed that the Female National U20 team (Falconets) just called to camp for the All Africa Games will be closely monitored as the target is to win a medal at the games.

lonelydora: Why did Busola speak out when her close friend accused her of her waywardness and questioned the paternity of her children?
Timi should also be questioned to find out what is happening in his marriage. Women can do/say anything when they are in tight corner.
Online Mob Action without logical thinking is what I can never support.
Nigerians ranted when Stephanie Otobo and Dorcas Fapson accused the innocent men of rape. Kemi also accused a man of God, and they later came out to say it was false.
I am not exonerating the pastor because there have been some allegations too. But let's wait to hear his own side of the story.
Let the justice have it's way.
Why protest to his church when you just heard one side of the story?
NIGERIANS THINK, FORGET SOCIAL MEDIA. LET THE PARTIES SORT OUT THEMSELVES. THE CROWD IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT
Edited: For those quoting me. You all shouting about the donation on GoFundMe, all your donation won't even be equal to one Sunday service offering in only one branch. If he needs help, there are people from outside the country that will help him. See the pastor is from a wealthy home. His wife is also from a wealthy home. He also rolls with big pastors like Mensa Otabil, T.D Jakes, Bill Winston, etc. Nigerians suffer from collective amnesia. They forget easily. Because she is a lady and blew the whistle first, they assumed she is innocent and was forcefully broken. Me, I have decided to wait until full investigations are concluded before I take sides. Besides, people that know the "victim" in question have come out to say that she and her husband aren't exactly saints. There are always two sides to a story. |

Hipsofagoddess: We are discussing the lady and the series of event that took place in her life not yours. People should learn to stop using their personal experience to judge that of others. Everyone has a unique experience. Look at the story brought before you, dissect it from all angles rather before trying to summarize it with your relatable story. See ehn, I don't support rape at all. In fact if investigations reveal Pastor to be guilty, he should be prosecuted. But, we can't judge without knowing exactly what transpired and how it transpired. I'm done with this matter. Take care and have a lovely night. |

√This got me...this isn't porn,this is real-life....
Pastor B did this but I do not think in the context that Busola & Timi are driving this.....In your parents house and at that age,it is almost impossible to hide from a sensitive mother.
Something isn't adding up.....the sex took place, what we are trying to connect is whether it was consensual or not....
But at Busola's age, she couldn't consent to anything It is RAPE........ She waited how many years?......wait how many again? It was most likely consensual. And I advise they hire good lawyer. If investigations reveal it is consensual, it'll do more harm to Timi's career than to the Pastor's |
