Cr7 is out of this world so don't add him to this arguement

Cr7 and Leo Messi are the only old players that can be bought for more than 100 million
Gbam

Don't be surprised if Ronaldo leaves Juve for a fee of over 100 at 36. He is that good. I know it'll be hard for messi to leave barca

Bayern must be stupid not to go for him, instead they are dropping 80M for Sane.
Bayern isn't stupid. Let's face it Sane is better but the problem I have is that value. If I were Bayern sporting director (or whoever the decision maker is), I will insist on 60m for sane or get Onyekuru for lesser. Its simple Sturvs

I know it may be premature but I want us to start Osimhen on the next match.

Now, I'm not saying he is better than all our strikers ooo bit let us give him a chance to see what he can do against st stiffer defences at the senior level. Then, we'll know if lack of supply is the problem or other strikers are just bad.

Going forward after d tournament, whether we triumph or not,I believe its high time we allowed Mikel move on,so we can concentrate on dt PLAYMAKER/AM ROLE SOLN once and for all,his stay in our team, seems not to allow dt area to b well worked on,ogu will definitely won't b considered again, whether rohr stays or not

For musa...well dts a 50/50 chance,

I would av loved ighalo to b eased out of d national team too, provided nacho up his game and rediscover his mojo back,we can't rely only on untested osimhen and a flop nacho as d solution to our number 9 position

If not ighalo might still b called upon if things doesn't change...d likes of (odey, awoniyi, ajayi and co), to me are not better options smiley
Not just Mikel but I also think the likes of Musa, Ogu, Ighalo (some may not like this but he is equally very inconsistent), Balogun (I think his career may be on a downward trend after this tourney unless he proves us wrong), Akpeyi (he would never get over his shaky shaky mentality..let's face it). These guys should leave for younger and better players to take their place.

Nigerians want Rohr, Eagles’ bonuses slashed

Sodiq Oyeleke

Nigerians have called on the Nigeria Football Federation to slash the bonuses and allowances of Super Eagles players and coaching crew.

They wondered why the players, who recently staged a protest over unpaid bonuses in Egypt, ended up playing below expectations after being paid.

The fans complaints came after Nigeria lost Nigeria lost 2-0 to Madagascar at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday

Nigerians have called on the Nigeria Football Federation to slash the bonuses and allowances of Super Eagles players and coaching crew.

They wondered why the players, who recently staged a protest over unpaid bonuses in Egypt, ended up playing below expectations after being paid.

The fans complaints came after Nigeria lost Nigeria lost 2-0 to Madagascar at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday.

Lamenting Nigeria’s loss to the lowly-rated Madagascar, a fan Kingsley Ogar said, “The salary of Rohr should be slashed.”

Some fans argued that Eagles have lost their right to protest againstunpaid bonuses with the poor performance against Madagascar.

Ife Dayo said, “At least there won’t be any protest for win bonuses from the Super Eagles.”

“The Super Eagles strike better during bonus protests than in a football game,” Ivan Dougan added.

Demi Khay said, “The Super Eagles players boycotted the press conference before their second game against Guinea because of money, leaving only the coach to attend. Very unpatriotic; aside their allowance they got win bonus. Now playing this?”

Some commentators on social media also asked the NFF to sack Rohr, wondering why John Mikeland Ahmed Musa haven’t retired.

Gilles Grimandi said, “Retire Rohr with Mikel after the tournament. He cannot take us forward. Mikel should’ve been eased out after the World Cup. We have hungry players ready to make their mark, but this guy sucks the enjoyment from watching Nigeria.”

Rohr’s refusal to punish the underperformance of some continues to undermine him. Ahmed Musa has had a poor tournament, but continues to be first pick when available,” Solace Chukwu added.
Wahala dey ooo......

......but the youths of our country will rather go to a church to protest a case with no evidence as at now.
A case that the couple involved couldn't go to court to tender but rather go on social media and create a gofund me account for.

Shame of a nation!

Deep words.....
You see those Jobless idiots going to protest another person's matter (a matter whose true nature hasn't yet being investigated), they will continue to suffer the brunt of bad leadership. To think the girl that was "raped" didn't even surface at any of the protests

The followers in Nigeria are worse. When Leah Sharibu was kidnapped, many of them didn't protest. What about SARS harassment? Mba...we didn't see them. Them dey fear gun.

Nigerians are their own problem. I don mark some of their IG handles. Let me catch any of them complain of bad leadership. To think that some of those goons will finish protest and go back to their house without electricity supply yet they won't organize protest to common DISCO or GENCO.

Idiots

But guess what...the scarce resources. We now know where they are being diverted.

And this is just for a first lady...what about other true political office holdershuh

I personally think Buhari himself is a big hypocrite and i am not a big fan, but let him "persecute" or prosecute wink PDP folks and when PDP enters in future, they deal with APC

That way, the looters would be dealt with turn by turn.

I agree without any reservation.
Iwobi doesn't seem like a player that wants to improve.

He is getting carried away by the fact that he plays in Arsenal and all the Nigerian hype and PR associated with it.

See him featuring in unnecessary adverts when his game is average at best.

Reality will soon dawn on him when a better player comes into arsenal and starts benching him regularly and the same thing happens in the Nigerian team.

Make we dey see. I said it here first

The hypocrisy in Nigeria stinks

How many of them joined Ezekwesili to protest for Leah Sharibu? How many of them protested for Chibok girls?

How many of them has protested to the National Assembly against the humongous salaries and allowances of our lawmakers in the midst of hardship?

How many of them has protested against intimidation/extrajudicial killings by SARS? Ho many of them has protested against the Pentecostal pastors that emotionally blackmail members into giving their hard earned money as tithes and offerings?

Yet they mile around in their thousands for a cause that hasn't been fully investigated. This country cannot be better in this generation. It's not a cause. Let my abroad PhD admission work, make I leave this country. The followers are worse than the leaders.
