Honestly the battery is a mess. I wanted to go for infinix hot8 before but the stupid Xiaomi fan boys here made me change my mind.

I have used hot5 before and the battery performance was very impressive. It has just 4000mah battery and it lasts longer than this stupid 5000mah Xiaomi claimed they put in this R9A.

So as old as you are,you can't take responsibility for your own actions, instead of looking for whom to blame?
Did anybody force you to buy the phone and is poor battery life the only thing the phone has to offer?

As regards the battery performance of the 9A, I must confess that it is not impressive for a 5000mah capacity. I am currently using the device so I know what I am talking about.

Many people are also complaining just like you said. A guy complained about it on another thread, he told me that his friend's Tecno spark4 with 4000mah lasts longer than his 9A. I have used hot5 before and the battery performance beats this 9A hands down even though it had just 4000mah battery.

Apart from the poor battery performance, the device is ok except for some little MIUI bugs like incorrect RAM and Storage space reportage and an inconsistent/error filled battery usage stats reportage which I have learnt to overlook.

Do you really spend all day looking at your phone's Ram and Storage space reportage and battery usage stats reportage?

Nothing wrong with Chinese Version,just make sure it's 4G bands are compatible with your Network..
Delete the Chinese Apps..
Set your language to English..
Then download the Google Apps and you are good to go..
I've been using a Chinese version Mi Max 3 for two years and just ordered a K30 Ultra which is China exclusive..
