I wish the govt gives as much as they did to Dangote support to other prospective investors who wish to build indigenous refineries. I hope they encourage foreign investors who wish to build refineries in Nigeria. The implication of Dangote refineries is this, he will own all the petrochemicals that were not accounted for due to overseas refining and will employ a lot of Notherners since it is located in the north
