Let's say 200m at $0.25 means that's $50m those exchanges need to absorb which they can do at a stretch, but dem never even talk listing price. Imagine they list at $1, that's $200m of buying volume needed to maintain price if everyone dumps

I think the best thing is to observe the prices after listing and find a good entry.
