FamilyRe: Should I Tell My Fiancee That My Womb Was Removed Due To Abortions In My Past? by DashDolls(op): 6:36pm On May 19, 2021
You all have a point and I wish I can quote all of you sincerely.
But the sad part of it all is that the lady in question made a statement that got me thinking. She was like...

"There is no point in licking old wounds that would destroy my marriage. Look let me tell you, do you know what most people in such situations do these days? Well, they don't tell their Fiancee's. They would marry him. After marriage, they would fake Chronic Miscarriage for the first two to three years of the marriage and on the fourth one, they would decide they are not getting pregnant again or fake a damage has been caused due to the multiple miscarriage in marriage. That way, the man won't suspect a thing and the pressure to get pregnant from him and his family would end. And life would go on.
In the future, if he suggests adoption, she would oblige".

I never wanted to post this particular comment of hers but it got me angry and disappointed that someone can think of such arrangement before marriage.

May God help us all in this generation.
FamilyShould I Tell My Fiancee That My Womb Was Removed Due To Abortions In My Past? by DashDolls(op): 4:48pm On May 19, 2021
Hello everyone. I brought this question here to get your views on this.

So this morning, I went to give a Health Talk to a group of Club Women and during the question and answer session, a lady wrote in a paper that she would like to ask me a question in private after the program.

After the Health Talk, I was about leaving when a lady in her early thirties approached me and said she was the one who wrote in the paper that she would love to speak to me in private.

She then went straight to her question. She was like...

"Should a lady tell a Fiancee who is planning to wed her next week Saturday that she had series of Abortions while in the Univerisity in which the last one she had lead to the REMOVAL OF HER WOMB.
Should she tell the fiancee that she has NO WOMB?"

I replied "YES now"

She then went further to say " But Whyhuh
The lady is now changed and remember OLD THINGS ARE PAST AND ALL THINGS ARE NOW NEW meaning all should be forgotten"

At that moment I told her I will be back to her on that.

Now what would you do if you were the lady?

Should ugly pasts remain in the pasts.

Ladies, can you tell your Fiancee that is planning to marry you that you committed abortion in your past and your WOMB WAS REMOVED so now you don't have a womb?

Men, can you tell the lady you plan to marry details of your Ugly pasts that can come hunting your marriage in the futurehuh

I say this becos I know of a man who hide his sexcapades with a lady in his past which led to the lady having multiple abortions that destroyed her womb.
He hide this from his Fiancee only to find out days to the wedding that the lady he had those sexcapades with was his Fiancee blood sister.
It didn't end well for the man..believe me.

What are your thoughts on this

I will be in the comment session

Hmmm....

Please I want to use this medium to appeal to you all. If you know you are an AS Genotype, Please don't get married to another AS Genotype please.
The rate of SS Patients we are having today is becoming so alarming.
Some people don't even know the amount of drugs, medications and hospital trips these Sickle Cell (SS) warriors undergo daily. There are different shades of Sickle Cell. We have SS and SC. They are both Sickle Cell Disease.

To God be the glory, some of our patients are getting CURED of these Sickle Cell disease and their genotype are converting to AA.
Laboratory Results have confirmed it all.
They are now FREE!!!

The question is...will that child be as lucky as these ones if you as an AS person (Sickle Cell Carrier) decide to have a child with that AS or SS Genotype person.
Think about this. Stop the spread today.

EntertainmentRe: Busty Lady In Viral Wedding Video Says Her Family Refused Talking To Her After by DashDolls(m):
It's ladies like this that make some men disrespect the responsible busty ladies.
Becos of ladies that behave like this Aunty here, some men walk up to decently dressed heavily busty ladies and start spilling rubbish.

Imagine a man telling a lady who is busty in a super market, " Fine babe...I like your breasts" or "Sweet babe...aw much"? or "Babe...bring straw make I suck now?"

Most stupid men think all big busty ladies are call girls. It's just sad. A lady friend of mine complained about this to me yesterday after I posted this video on my WhatsApp status and I totally agreed with her.
It's just sad

Its just like thinking every guy with a big d**k is a hoe. Men please change if you think that way.

***I'm passionate about this becos when I was in University living in the Male hostel, I wore boxers to fetch water to bath. Then one man i don't know from adam came to the tap to fetch water also. He surveyed my body from head to toe for like some seconds and then looked at me in the eye and said "Guy aw far na...HOW MARKET? Like seriously? Am I selling groundnuthuh***
No woman will try that to a man even if the man is half naked on the beach or at a swimming pool party.
It's only some MEN and their dirty mind.

Please change your dirty way of thinking. Use that brain for something more useful.

numericalguy:
I feel sorry for you though.. You are so low on self esteem that you had to start body building to make yourself attractive to the opposite gender.
Well, NEWS FLASH: Body building will not cut it, you and your kind will always be looked down upon in the medical circles because you are a male nurse. You are a fa!!lure who couldn't meet up with the academic rigours that is required to be a doctor.

Going about insulting people who told you the truth will not even improve your chances in life.
I just feel so sorry for you. Your are Pathetic and lack exposure. Am sure you haven't left the four walls of your father's house. You and your kind are one of the reasons people stop giving advice on Nairaland. Simply becos ignorant, insecure humans like you will turn around behind closed doors to implement on them but will come here to degrade such advice. So sad. Talk about INSECURITY ISSUES AT ITS PEAK.

From your comment, it also shows you must be a teenager who hasn't seen life yet. If you are not and you are truly an adult, I feel more sad for you. Believe me. Grow up. Read Wide. Be Exposed.

If your only advice could be this stupid rubbish below...
"Can you as a male nurse even ask a female doctor out on a date?" shows the emptiness of your brain to the topic in question.
Like seriously, is that all you can think ofhuh Grow up Child.

I will encourage you to see a Therapist before you explode becos there is alot bottled up from where that is coming from.

TV/MoviesRe: Nollywood Produced 416 Movies In The First Three Months Of 2021 - NBS by DashDolls(m): 3:43pm On May 17, 2021
Those Acting no wan leave.
Becos of it, Nollywood producers no dey look new actor face. I don go audition so tey I tire.

If you like audition make dem clap for you. The truth is they will not give you a call-back. Don't ask me how I know, I've been there.

If I was the Actors's Guild of Nigeria President, I will make a law stating that all actors who have acted for 10yrs and more should RETIRE Voluntarily...Yes.
They should go and do business or go in to production so that there can be space available for new actors in the movie industry. Acting no be 35yrs of Civil Service work biko

These working actors do not want new actors to come in. They don chop. Make others chop too now biko.

We are crying unemployment. If all these old actors become producers or directors, they would create jobs for young actors thereby contribute to society.
TravelRe: Relocating from Canada to UK to study Medicine as an international student. by DashDolls(m):
Childofthelord:
First, are you planning to relocate to Canada to start nursing school afresh? That takes 4 years nursing school + 1 year in pre-requisite classes( If you do not meet the basic high school requirements)

I need to know if your Bachelors degree is close to any field in the healthcare sector.
If it is slightly related to healthcare, there is another choice for you, You can apply to a community college and work towards Licensed practical nursing (LPN) that takes just two years after which, you would take the NCLEX-PN(You must pass this licensure exam before you can work as a nurse)
I will advise you start trying some free NCLEX test questions online just to have an idea of what nursing school entails In Canada.

About Scholarships, i will tell you one truth, you cannot fully rely on scholarship (that is if you even qualify) + You can only work 20 hours a week as an international student. All the money you would make would probably cater for feeding, transportation, textbooks and accommodation . You will definitely need support for that tuition.
Besides your clinical placements are not paid!

Nursing school is extremely competitive and difficult to get into as an international student? Your GPA must be 4.0/4.3, nothing less, remember you are trying to get in with domestic students as well. All your Nigerian transcripts from secondary school to university would be required to measure your overall GPA and the type courses you have taken.
If all this seems difficult to follow through for now, you can start your Nursing journey in Nigeria and start practicing the NCLEX questions, it will even be easier to transfer to a Nursing school in Canada once you have some credit hours in nursing related courses.

Your dreams are valid! Send me an email request.
Thanks alot.
You have answered all my questions and more.
I am so grateful for this experience.
You've been so helpful
I can't really send u a mail becos the email I used in opening this account is a temp mail.
Kindly send me Hi on whatsapp (kindly check my profile for it) if u are not comfortable dropping urs on a public forum like this for me to do the sending.
Thanks.
TravelRe: Relocating from Canada to UK to study Medicine as an international student. by DashDolls(m): 6:40pm On May 16, 2021
Childofthelord:
Making this post for my very good friend Bunmi, 23y/o she came into Canada in 2017 after completing secondary school in Nigeria. She got admitted into Nursing school and graduated last month. Bunmi has a few friends from church and gets along with everybody. She is living a pretty comfortable lifestyle, secure job(earning that nurse money), comfortable housing etc.

Bunmi is a homely naija girl, she loves her parents and goes to Nigeria almost every summer to visit her friends and family (Bunmi has money for flight ticket sha grin) she loves Nigerian music, loves her local food and spends all her money at the Local African food store.
Bunmi struggles with Pizza and she thinks salad is tasteless, she doesn't "feel" Canada and doesn't really get along with Canadians that well, even in her workplace. Bunmi also hates the cold, she does not really see herself living in Canada for a very long time.

She is thinking about moving to the UK to further her studies in medicine and also work part-time as a nurse. She heard there are many Nigerians in UK and it is not as boring and lonely as Canada. I also heard London, UK is like Lagos abroad. Bunmi doesn't necessarily want to go back home, she wants a "feel at home" oversees experience without the gruesome cold. Will London, UK suffice.
I personally felt Bunmi will be throwing away her opportunity to get Canadian PR and citizenship if she moves to the UK.

If you live in UK or Canada , what would you advice? Please drop your thoughtful comments, she will be reading them. You can also ask questions if you want to know about her intensions. Thank you. smiley
Please I need your advice. I read your former threads and I discovered you are a Nurse so I need your advice on some things.

I was a Science Student in Secondary School. I did All science subjects in WAEC then I went to study something entirely different in Unilag and I got a Bachelors degree.
But right now I want to study NURSING in Canada.
How can I chat you up.

Are there Scholarships to do Bachelors in Nursing in Canada?
What schools are best for Nursing in Canada?
How did you get admission to study Nursing?
Can I work and school to pay tution if I don't get scholarship and can I combine it with Clinical postings?
How is living expenses in Canada like?
How is Nursing Study in Canada like? Is it the same as School of Nursing in Nigeria.
I was contemplating going to school of Nursing here in Nigeria but since abroad is my goal, I just feel is best to migrate there and study it there.
Are there other international students studying Nursing in Canada.
How many years is Nursing study in Canada?
I have other questions undecided
I need your advice if you don't mind.
