ProCV Nigeria is currently the largest CV writing service in Nigeria. We have helped hundreds of professionals switch careers and also helped young graduates get new job opportunities. We will continue to serve at all times. Our services include; CV and cover letter writing, CV review, advisory services, CV distribution, and consultations. I will be starting a free tutorial session here on how to answer the toughest interview questions, providing you with best possible answers to these questions. [b]LET'S BEGIN.... Interviewing is not just about answering questions, it is about answering questions well and most importantly showing yourself in the best possible light. If you find yourself answering with a blunt ‘yes’ or ‘no’, then you need to realize that you are missing an opportunity to sell yourself. The interviewer wants to assess your strengths, weaknesses, professionalism and suitability. If you give closed ‘single-word’ replies, then you stand little or no chance of persuading them to give you the job. Of course if you were asked a question and you don’t have a suitable answer, this will harm your application. So we have prepared the top most common and hardest interview questions which you are likely to come across during the course of your interview. It is necessary for you to understand that, the way you answer a question is one of the keys to a successful interview. Bear in mind that an interview is about selling yourself. A skilled interviewer will continually ask ‘open’ questions, which by their nature, are probing but will allow you to sell your skills and abilities. Imagine an interview where the replies were all ‘one-word’ answers or short sentences. It would not be very comfortable for either party to sit through and your chances of getting the job would be almost zero. You need to show you have personality, enthusiasm and a great team ethic to succeed at interviews. There are basically 5 key elements that the interviewer is looking for in a candidate. These are; Can you do the job? Will you do the job? What is the problem I am here to solve? Will you take direction and conform to the team ethic? So, what do you think are the toughest interview questions? How can you answer them? We have made a compilation that will interest you. Are you interested to learn more? |

Meet the richest man on the planet: Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. Former KGB agent and the current president of Russia for the past 15 years. Owner of a $1billion palace. This man knows how to make money, how to steal and how to flex. He practically "owns" Russia. You think Bill gates is rich? Think again! If you've ever wondered about the size of Russian President Vladimir Putin's private fortune, allow me to offer a clue: He doesn't need one. From time to time, Western journalists and bloggers speculate about whether Putin is one of the world's richest men or just its wealthiest political leader. Look up "Putin's personal fortune" on Google, and you'll find estimates of between $40 billion and $70 billion. The media reports, which often cite one another, ultimately tend to rely on one primary source: a November 2007 interviewgiven by a prominent member of Moscow's chattering classes, Stanislav Belkovsky, to the German daily Die Welt. In the interview, he claimed that Putin "controlled" 37 percent of the oil company Surgutneftegaz and 4.5 percent of natural gas monopoly Gazprom. The $40 billion estimate of Putin's fortune was simply the 2007 market price of these stakes. Belkovsky's allegations reached Putin's ears when an Associated Press reporter askedhim during a February 2008 press conference: "Some newspapers have reported that you are the wealthiest man in Europe. If that is so, what are the sources of your wealth?" Putin flatly denied the reports. "It's just chitchat, nonsense, nothing to discuss," he said. "They picked it out of their noses and smeared it on their pieces of paper." There was, however, some curious substance to the rest of Putin's reply. "I am the wealthiest man not just in Europe but in the whole world. I collect emotions, I am wealthy in that the people of Russia have twice entrusted me with the leadership of a great nation such as Russia -- I believe that is my greatest wealth." Bill Browder, CEO of Hermitage Capital Management, estimates Putin’s net worth at $200 billion. That would make Putin more than twice as wealthy as Bill Gates, who, with a fortune of $79.2 billion, is the world’s richest person. Putin has 4 yatches and the most notable yacht is over 175 feet long and costs around $37 million. This mega yacht has a professionally designed interior, a wine cellar filled with the most exquisite wines, and a pool that features a waterfall. He has always had a love for cars. It is rumored that Putin’s first car was a gift from his mother who won it in a lottery when he was in his third year of college. After growing up without transportation, Putin has more than made up for it as the most powerful man in Russia. How many cars does he own? The latest total of his personal fleet is around 700 vehicle. The most expensive car in Putin’s garage is a 3.5 ton limousine that, thanks to a long list of security features, is impossible to blow up even with a rocket. The total count for Putin’s airplanes is now 43, and it’s estimated that they cost a total of $1 billion. We are still at a loss as to why the Presidential jet is not sufficient since its interior is filled with gold and was designed by master artisans to appeal specifically to Putin’s interests. Regardless, Putin spends whatever and however he wants. A key feature on one of his planes is a $75,000 toilet. Former deputy prime minister, estimated that the maintenance of Putin's residences, jets and cars alone costs £1.6billion source

Over time I have been working on my website SEO and finally I am pleased to say that I have finally achieved top ranking in Google search result ahead of popular jobberman. My niche is very targeted and specific so I did a lot of things to ensure I achieve this. My target market is very specific and curious minds searching in Google ALWAYS search for "best CV writers in Nigeria" as the search phrase. My website now comes up number one in the search result. Below are some of the methods I used; Google Search Algorithm Any business with a website needs to understand the latest updates and how they affect search engine rankings. A failure to stay up to date with the Google algorithm likely means masses of lost traffic. I try to stay up to date with the latest algorithm and how it affects site rankings. To be on top of the game, you need to know any new metrics Google adopts like for example the, the update that recognizes websites with https:// in August last year, then later they adopted a metrics that focuses on cracking down sites with high volume of links, and so on. One of their latest metrics is website mobile friendliness. So, to excel in your SEO, you need to follow up on Google's latest algorithms. Niche What niche are you currently in? What is your competition statistics? The best way to find out is to type your niche keywords or phrases in Google and see how many results comes up. For example, if the phrase "latest cars in Nigeria" in Google produces 12,000,000 results. While "palm oil production in Nigeria" produces 491,000 results. If your niche has more results, it means it has more competition. You need to work extra hard at your SEO or dump the niche and go for another. Keywords This is very important, always make sure you have enough keywords in your website contents. Google search is done using keywords and if the keywords being searched for doesn't match any in your website, you have a long way to go. One of the ways to learn more about high ranking keywords is to make use of Google Keyword Planner. Note: you can reach out to me on my signature if you need my help. Mods: please front page to help others. ![]() |

When I started my journey of being an entrepreneur, I focused my interest in web development, designing websites for businesses, companies, private individuals, etc. Freelancing with this skill rocks but personally, I think it does not help you become a businessman or should I say an Entrepreneur. being an entrepreneur means taking control of your outcomes, income. and transactions. Its very difficult being a full entrepreneur working as a freelancer. While it is good to provide such freelancing service based on your skill like website development, in a country like ours, this translates to feeding from hand to mouth. A lot of businesses operate without the need for a website, a lot of organizations who actually owns a website do not really understand the intricacies of having a website. The norm of “my business owns a website kind kind of feeling” prevails amidst these business owners. They do not care for lead generation, they do not care for closing deals funneled in through a website. Hence, they do not appreciate the value provided by websites. With the above mentality conversant with existing businesses and new start-ups, I can categorically say that freelancing as a web developer sucks and might make you bankrupt sooner than you think. This awareness by freelance web developers started brewing over the years and they began to realize that to survive the murky waters of this harsh Nigerian economy, you have to improvise. You have to quit being a freelancer. You have to think “tech start-up”. This is an emerging trend in global entrepreneurship. Freelancers in a more stable and balanced economy have begun to massively diversify towards and shift their focus in this direction. There is a wave of paradigm shifts. Tech startups can be defined under two spectrums though I cannot categorically say one is correct than the others. First, a new business that makes use of the internet to deliver a set of solutions can be called a tech startup. They might just be simple solutions. Secondly, a new business built on technology as its core engine. In this instance, the core component can be a complex new software or hardware. This is also referred to a tech startup. Now as a freelance web developer, how can you become a budding entrepreneur where your business, transactions, traction, growth metrics can be measured? You can start by doing the following; 1. Conduct a feasibility study. Do some asking around about a particular problem, ask some people about something they are experiencing and find out if they will be happy if a solution is made available for such problem. You can also ask yourself, what is that thing you wish to do or have BUT cannot do because there is no website offering such solution. You can conduct your survey on social media. And know that if you can talk to 50 people, you can draw your results from this which can enable you decide on what to do. 2. Create a website (and app). Now you have an idea, why not set up a website that sells this idea or product to prospective end users. If you can’t do it yourself, pay a professional to do it for you. Make sure you emphasize the nature of the problem, how your (digital) product which is also a solution can solve that problem, and how much it costs (include discounts where necessary). 3. Setup your customer service channel As your project is launched, ensure you have a valid medium of communication. Customer service is one of the items that can make or marr your business, so do it right. Have dedicated custom email addresses in place, have a phone line, and more importantly, try to be online at all times. Because people would start making inquiries sooner than you think. 3. Create a budget. A budget is very necessary for you to commence and grow. You will have expenses like internet connections, phone bills, and more importantly, advertising (which is key). If you do not have enough cash, then you can prepare a budget for the first 3 months. If your service/solution is good, after the first 3 months you should have some income to extend your budget. 4. Accounting Always keep records of your transactions. It will help you in the long run with your budgeting, expenses, and your profit and loss account. 5. Client database. Don’t forget to start packaging your client database from day one. Make sure your website is constructed such that orders land in a particular email address so you can have access to client information anytime. Create a list of these clients, add them to an email subscription system. Here you can send them periodic updates and don’t think that because you have concluded your business with them, then you don’t need them anymore. No. You need them. Studies have shown that a majority of your past clients always come back for more. So, create a database and store. 6. Recruit. As time goes by, the business will become larger that what you can handle alone. At this stage, recruit helping hands. Teach them how it's done and watch your business expand.
