Nigerian hospitals are complex.

Technically, the nurse is right.


It is not her duty to bring out the patient from the car. Hospitals employ people called "porters" who it is their job to carry the victim from the car to the hospital bed, among other things.

The nurse's duty is to check the victim's vital signs once he is on bed and then notify the doctor who then clerks, examines and commences treatment.

We all have wrong notion of how public hospitals function.

Unfortunately, the porters who should do the job may be nowhere to be seen or may have a bad attitude. I've seen this first hand too. And the blame ultimately lands on the wrong person.

In many hospitals, the porters are "too big" for the job, yet they won't resign. To get them to do their work is very difficult. Thus, putting the nurses, who are their direct supervisors, in trouble. Perfect example is this video.

That's why I said Nigeria public hospitals are complex atimes. Many things are wrong.

We have being dating since 2021 so 2022 I enter school but I discover the school have no certificate so I write jamb last year to enter uni but I ask my girlfriend if she can bear with me for another 4 years but she refuse to answer me due to I keep asking she suggest we Break up but I did not say no nor yes.

I have always said most Nigerian-trained Doctors are ungrateful beings. They are unpatriotic and uènthankful. Pastor Poju said this, and he was almost crucified simply because he spoke the truth. They pay nearly nothing to be trained as a doctor, but they want to be rich like Dangote. These doctors still steal from public hospitals to enrich themselves. Whatever profession, it is a matter of choice and we all go to the same market. You earn above 300k, and you're showing ungratefulness because you want to earn like those in the UK. After all, do we operate at the same economic level?

If you want to compare school fees, nobody in Nigeria will be able to pay school fees, irrespective of the Course he/she is studying.

It's not just doctors.

So, for now, let's just agree that every Nigerian is being trained for "free", not just doctors.

Besides, it's not only doctors that are Japaing. Every profession is.

No resident doctor earns less than 400k in a public hospital in Nigeria as at today. Maybe the 316k excludes call duty allowance

A new Junior Registrar earns less than 400k

Senior Registrars earn above 400k.

Some centres earn some thousands higher than others because of taxes.
