Thanks a lot and I thought the same, a lot of Igbos here did not grow up in the south east including myself, i left at a very young age hence why my question because I find our Igboid brothers and sisters attitude very strange .... My people have really suffered at the hand of Nigeria because of that civil war. They did a lot of damage to the Igbos hence why the Country is not progressing, you can't build a house on a faulty foundation and expect it to last ..... it will collapse with time. We Igbos need to come together and fix this mess. My village doesn't have any ancestry with the Igbos only that my forebear has a penchant for marrying Igbo women. Over time my community people started speaking Igbo in place of Okrika. Does that make my people Igbo?
