Story story. Go back to your history class. There was constitution drafted by Ironsi. Ironsi decree was repealed by Gowon and Gowon created two decrees. One after abụri accord then the other was the creation of state. Stop coming to a public forum and lie |

obynzo: Oga your anti ibo sentiments will not allow to be rational in thinking. Ironsi's unitary system still kept the regions the only exceptions is that they will be under the control of a provincial administrator. Also he centralized the civil service. But Gowon repealed it and in place brought a decree that split the regions into states. So in hindsight it was Gowon and not Ironsi that brought the under development because of the splitting of regions into states. You're right |

Underplaying anambra due to her size is something only an ignorant person would do Singapore Land mass is 20% of anambra but Singapore Gdp is at 390 billion dollars while that of Nigeria 443+ billion dollars What matters is human resources and productivity. Rwanda, Israel, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan are not big in land mass but they're doing wonders in their respective region Especially Rwanda in Africa |

The rail master plan is what they are working on now Wow, That's a fantastic idea. I hope non Igbo areas can benefit if they key in. Having gas pipeline in afikpo or abakaliki will mean a lot to us. Right now Igbos are planning to pipe it to the 5000 hectares eyemba economic city so companies can produce their own power like OTA in Ogun
Same plan is being developed for imo the rest goes to emene industrial estate
It won't even be enough for Igbo land ..we need 5 of these minimum to satisfy our energy craving
Relax this is above your IQ level I pray Igbos develop a Gas plan for their region. Because igbo land with a good gas network will bring up better chances of linking my community to gas infrastructure. gas From Igbo land will easily be accessible to my people I found the below picture online when researching about gas in Eastern Nigeria. I pray this comes to pass. Imagine afikpo having a gas pipeline... Ugep will be next in line

While this project has not even been completed, it's a work in progress. Brass gas project has been feeding the country for about 20years without nobody from the region making noise. Imo gas isn't redefining nada, it's just a project for domestic use. It's just adding to the surplus supplies we already have.
-Viper Brass? You're not even knowledgeable about the sector. Brass is another storage and Export for IOCs just like Bonny, they both depend on pipeline supplies |

The guy thought that those terminals at the coast are getting their feedstock from the immediate vicinity The dude is very ignorant. The so called terminals on those coastal areas are mainly for Storage and export purposes. I was shocked when an Uncle in Calabar once told me how NNPC and International Oil companies connive to rub communities on. Onshore oil by providing "fake statistics" of hydrocarbon output. Just Google Oil and gas fields in Nigeria, you will start noticing that some onshore areas with many oil fields produce very little. How can a state like Imo with over 100 wells not produce over 100kBPD yet the state is littered with Pipelines leading to Bonny. Abịa has same fate |

ViperAda: Easy with the lies abeg. Everybody dey claim say their farm is the largest. This project is a child's play compared to Brass and Bonny gas projects which have not only been serving the country but also West Africa.
-Viper This shows you're ignorant of Nigerian Energy sector especially when it comes to natural gas. What you have in Bonny is, in a layman's term "A collection terminal of gas for export" Many pipelines are piping natural Gas to Bonny from onshore...mainly from Imo, Abịa and Rivers upland like Obigbo and Afam. It's not a secret anymore that ANOH project is biggest natural gas project in sub Sahara africa worthing over 1 billion dollars. Imo State and Anambra are the kings of natural gas in Nigeria Anambra Basin and Imo State gas fields will redefined Gas project in West Africa subregion. Aufbauh: Okoro, when has investment outside one's locality culminates to an act of patriotism? They're simply investing for values and returns. So we should conclude that all those who invested in Dubai are patriotic to UAE.
Pls check the dictionary meaning of Patriotism. It's simply Love for ones country. You & I know that this is not true about those that consistently refer to their own country as 'Zoo', detest & defile constituted authorities of their own country. . So those who can't put their resources across other ethnic area have patriotism? What can be more valuable to humanity if not resources both human and material? So Hausa and fulanis who can't bring out their money to buy land and do cow business in my land have patriotism? I hold ibos for what they do not what they say. Patriotism is an action not a verbel expression, ibos match theirs with their hard earned money |

lebuhsi: There's no Efik support for Biafra, the BYL in Bakassi is NOT a separatist movement although there bare the name "Biafra" they are fighting(so they say) against the marginalization and victimization and failure of compensation of the victims of the cessationon of the Bakkasi Penisula to Cameroun. A lot of them have turned their weapons to the State Government as they were granted an amnesty by the State Government
https://punchng.com/ayade-grants-amnesty-to-bakassi-militants/
A secessionist appeal in CR state is non-existent. people there are majorly fixated on local/national politics. they may be some sympathy to the Biafran "course" but it doesn't indicate a strong leaning towards joining it.
you lots also tend to ignore the fact that CR like Nigeria is multi-ethnic. it is roughly divided into three political blocs. The people of CR are well assimilated that's why nobody hears about any ethno-political rancour. All ethnic minorities are skeptical about the "Tripod" ethnic groups because they largely tend not to look beyond their noses. I need not tell you about the general feeling of Ibos You're funny. Have you been or lived in Bakassi? Do you have relatives from there? It's laughable that you believe BNYL isn't a separatist movement...... What are they before? A charity organization? Don't confuse yourself with efik elite political class who are enjoying the political fruits in calabar. Go down to the creeks at borders with cameroon and see secessionist. BNYL is not Igbo group like ipob but they have great ties with ibos especially those in cameroon. I'm glad you acknowledged the multi ethnicity state of CR, In an advent of ibos living Nigeria, every ethnic group will sought alliance and join where they will benefit more. Please stop believing news paper story, Ayade has done anything for the militants, that's why they've gone back fighting. |

Seems the Yoruba people are right about you guys when they called you children of Hate.. is there anywhere in my statement I insulted you or your Biafra Ideology that you turned up with all the insults in me? I saw traces in your last mention, but I thought maybe I was reading out if context, but I guess I was wrong after all.
Like I said earlier, you won't get your Biafra without dialoging with other southerners ( Niger Delta part especially).. People are trying to run away from oppression and you want to forcefully put them in another bondage. Before the civil war do you know how powerful the Igbos were? They were everywhere and even in the military, did you think the tribes you forcefully placed in your map were dumb not to follow you? They all knew you will oppres them and they were not far from the truth. Take a look at what you are doing today with your Sit at home, tell me if you had a minority in your midst how will they speak up in all of this?
You can insult all you want, but you will get nothing more than your 5 States except you do the right thing.. if you decided to continue with force, your tribe might be wiped off completely this time around because as it stands no region is standing with you because of your approach, so it's OYO for you... That's why you have the military using your people as Target practice and everyone seem to be quite, get the message?
This is same way one just insulted me for pointing out their error in trying to force other tribes into their biafran map.
Baba forget the idea of a Niger Delta. The region is not serious. Biafra Today is an Ibo struggle, Most of our people in SS mocked them back in 2015 but they (ibo) have remained resolute in their quest. . Where are those Niger Delta militant groups that surfaced in 2015 - 2016? As usual gone into obvilion. As it stands today, each individual ethnic group in SS will negotiate and dialogue with ibos of they are exiting nigeria. It's even ridiculous if you think and believe that Asaba people and ikwerre will fight those in SE, that means you don't know Nigeria ethnic loyalty. Ethnicity in Africa is very strong bond which comes alive during issues. For SS, every group have a different interest. Someone in Benin clearly doesn't have same interests as someone in bakassi in cross river, Someone in oil bayelsa doesn't have same interest with a non oil producing area in Northern cross river. Geography and economy will be a determining factor in every ethnic group in SS will relate with ibos. Lemme give you an example, ibo community are very supportive of Ambazonia movement in a bid for bakassi peninsula to rejoin Biafra, Ipob has an alliance Ambazonia, This alone has ignited local support for Igbos in bakassi area and many efiks in nigeria are following the situation. |
