I think the goal shouldn't have stood sha. Ramsdale was clearly impeded.

I don't care who won Carabao...get me the EPL at least. More than 3 years trusting the process but these guys still dey play like primary school kid.
At the heart of it is some level of complacency on the part of coaching staff. They sha better utilize the window in January. We all want fit ballers. But we should anticipate worst case scenarios as much as the peak of our calibre so we don't get caught unawares like last season.

That zinchenko was terrible yesterday from his useless short passes to not been able to track down kudus for the second goal
I was expecting tomi to start ahead of him yesterday
Everyone know how i don't rate kiwi on bit
That guy is beginning to feel he's so key to our best football and that should not be happening. The demands of our FBs are not enough for their primary duty. It irks me when Gabi or Saliba are covering for both and leaving that hole in the centre for a sharp 9 or 10 to use against us. That's where i love Tomi's game. Guy will be up front and all of a sudden, he's on clearances mode in seconds. White go dey stroll back like say he be winger. Sometimes, Saka go pass am go defend🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

He needs competition. Make he sef siddon like Ramsdale abeg.

Ialso hope zinchenko should start chopping bench, as for white
When timber recovers he can also fvck off
We have 5 key spots to fill up. Do we have any potential prospects that we can anticipate arriving Emirates? White needs rest. Zinch needs Bench. Kiwi na sub at best. Partey et Jorg should be making way after this season. Saka and Nelli need actual competition, not sub competition. Xhaka refill needed too. And Kai should getat!!
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by daveP(m): 11:11am On Nov 02, 2023
The fact that this is our 2nd loss overall and first in our English domain is what should make you understand why we dey para.

By January, we expect at least 5 exits. Will they be replaced or na excuse go follow them till we finish 3rd or whatever? Against a team like WestHam, you dey rely on Jorg? And we also should not forget how Moyes is one of the managers that tweak tactics in-game in EPL. Woh. If rubbish is getting favoured, then anyone can use barest minimum in an argument against it. Simple.

Na wa o...we lose, Havertz, we draw, Havertz, We won, Havertz.

Now tell me exactly what Nelson did yesterday. Almost everybody here agreed Patino was too fragile and raw to play in EPL.

We are all too fixated on Havertz that we didn't notice the stinkers other players are dropping every week. ESR that played last weekend, aside his 6 yard assist, what exactly did he do? Martinelli was brought in to change the game but baba kept doing backpass.

The earlier you all realize Havertz is not our main issue, the better. Make una leave the guy alone.
Me I'm highlighting the foolishness of Arteta in selection. If you scrolled, i also talked about Kiwi and co that messed up and White needing his own rest time..

But never ever trust Arteta's thinking process. It's warped.

Arteta trusts Harvest and Jorg but can't trust Nelson and Patino?? Lol

It's obvious we only have a first team. The players in our second 11 are very underwhelming going by today's display .
Time for Arteta to wake up. UCL and EPL no be play. We have 7 on injury list like this. We need 4 key buys that they bring the feeling of a Sanchez/Arshavin Arrival from the fans. Not these averages that everyone will be on "let's wait and see" mode.

U see that goalkeeper situation , I doubt if Ramsdale will not leave by January .

That West Ham third goal is something Arteta will not be happy about and will feel Ramsdale should've done better . He will keep him more on the bench and that one will not be happy about it .
Yeah. I see that coming. If Martinez 2.0 kon happen, e no go easy for Arteta. This is a westham team with a loss run of 3, and Arsenal is losing to them for the 1st time this entire season? Like seriously?? The gk situation is minute compared to the nonsense approach of Arteta to a team that have forgotten to win since October. He should not be having this kind of result anylonger(opponents scoring back to back to back without a reply) when they aren't man city or Bayern.

How this evades Arteta's thinking is what is provoking about this game tonight. How did he even reach this conclusion without fear? Aspa West ham are a stroll in the park? I want to believe he underrated them instead of feeling he is that stupid to think those 3 will win the game. What will piss me further is the GK situo. Lol.

Man to man and tell me kiwi is better , nketiah should and will score more if kiwi was opponent
I agree with you. Kiwi at best will offer aerial security in setpieces. He's not the ruthless dirty work kind of defender one needs. His passing game is top notch. Hut at his primary duty, he gets MIA at most. Trusty will need super drilling to be a form of big Gabi though.

Tactics aside, it's funny that the last defender we had when we want to lock up a game was Holding 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Also, this burnout thing I've been emphasizing since last season.

Deadwood Binning

Better get rid of those Chelsea averages. They are squad players at best, not people you rely on to be gamechangers when your target is to win trophies. It is worse when you spend such huge figure for such average that can't influence games on a level that a 6yo will notice and applaud.

This is not reactionary. This is just the endpoint of observation this season on same players. Will he learn this lesson and dive into January for sensible ballers not averages that all we talk about them are 'off the ball" movement??

Wonder what's his obsession with Chelsea ballers sef. He thinks he can get the best out of them more than Chelsea itself 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
This mannnn!!!

Just gift them 65m. Same amount that can get 3 better ballers than combined will still collect less than his Kai wages. Smh.

Let's assume they were speaking the truth. The assessment of their actions simply proves that they are poor abd clueless on how to react appropriately and precisely to reduce max damage all rounda. Still 2 slots for CAF

532 is a defensive formation. And if you're talking about 352, that means one of the FBs need to invert or go wide. I don't think we are there yet.
5 attacking, 3 in centre, 2 CBs. I said that up in my initial post now. 2 as CBs. But that is not the Actual game formation. The actual is 4213 or 4123. Yeah, the FBs will fill up that space or stay wide.

That's why i said na only personnel dey. So na dream for now.

If only we can go the modern way. But if na local coach, Error Server not Found tinz

Play in a 4213 set up but attack in a 532 format, with 2 defenders left behind in case of any counter against us. As it stands, the middle has just the exact personnel to play that. Na the manager kon be the crux. For now, one can only dream.

Nice 4-0 win over Ethiopia. Was impressed particularly by Efih, Kanu, Onyenezide and Alozie.

The passing accuracy between the midfield and attack needs to improve a bit tho, because there were too many misplaced passes and even a lack of understanding with regard to off the ball movement.

Bring on Uganda/Cameroon!
I think we need that kind Ayinde player in the middle. Thos misplaced passes were annoying. Especially for the calibre of opponent.

I really can't wait. We need a new focus. Debbie will have to add goals and assists whenever on national duty to fill those shoes. For now, she's having a great season up there.
