Edopesin: Lampards approach to the game was superb but we still have to work on defending set pieces and avoid conceding them Lets be Frank, Lampard didnt do anything to tactically outplay City. City Errors gave the upper hand. Not any approach kankan. As for KDB goal, even Casillas no fit reach that ball. Van der Sar may come close, same for Buffon, but that was just classy from KDB. |

TheGoodJoe: How can you in any way blame Gundogan there? He was clearly in his zone, in control of the ball, even signalled Mendy to return back to his zone. Mendy misplaced the pass.
So explain to me why you would blame Gundogan in any way.
I can bet you won't reply. Permit me to say that despite their error.... chai.....this is why i love John Terry... Both of them still had lots of space to cover the path Pulisic will eventually pass. But these dumb thinking made them slow down. Smart Pulisic noticed the slow down and by his side for that matter instead of in his front. Pulisic quickly capitalized with speed. Mendy dey do Racoon Pace still yet. Smh. Should i say they were too overtechnical in that buildup. Twas 2 vs 1 for Christ's sake o. And this wasnt a Hazard, a Messi or CR7. Yet. The errors are clear, but the greater erro is not stopping his path to goal. |

Meanwhile l am about to watch Chelsea play against City. It's going to be very tough.
I cannot even predict it can go anyway.
But looking at team selection l can see Chelsea winning this.
I know TheGoodJoe will not AGREE. for starters, your prediction came true!! Bravo. 2ndly, i didnt slight Ramos. Just stated that he works and practices fk taking, and as such, our defenders dont do just that to come out good. We need setpiece kings from these CBs, RBs, LBs. Its a good plus on any portfolio. Not to talk of Midfield |

Etebo is a poor set piece taker... oh oh, that's true. I can't point to any SE defender right now that can do what Sergio Ramos did days ago. The midfielders....? I don't wana reason that angle. I heard Ramos watched clips of CR7 fks to just mimic the style(if you know Ramos and his clownish acts, you'd understand) And that was just..... TheSuperNerd: Arsenal: Bukayo Saka is now the biggest contract problem by Andrew Dowdeswell
Bukayo Saka was Arsenal’s best player in Saturday’s 2-1 defeat to Brighton. With a year remaining on his current deal, the 18-year-old now poses the biggest contract problem to the club.
Arsenal have lots of crucial decisions to make this summer. Mikel Arteta is entering his first summer transfer window at the helm and, following Unai Emery’s disastrous 18-month tenure, he has lots of loose ends to tie up.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is the most prominent problem. The 31-year-old has a year left on his contract, looks increasingly disinterested at the club, but is the top goalscorer, captain, and Arteta is keen to keep him. There is no perfect solution to his future.
There are others, too. Dani Ceballos will return to Real Madrid on loan, David Luiz may have already played his last game for the club, Shkodran Mustafi and Sokratis both have contracts that expire next summer, while Mesut Ozil and Henrikh Mkhitaryan present huge drains on the wage bill, so much so that the club has repeatedly tried and failed to offload them.
But for all of these issues, and all of them will need to be solved this summer, the biggest contractual conundrum that Arsenal must somehow find an answer to relates to young Bukayo Saka, who is quickly establishing himself as one of the brightest young talents in the Premier League.
The 18-year-old has been superb in his first season with the senior squad, especially since Arteta arrived. Initially at left-back and now in midfield, either on the wing or an inverted central midfield role that allows him to drift towards the left flank, Saka continues to prove that he is capable of producing on the senior stage. He was the best player on the pitch in Saturday’s 2-1 defeat to Brighton.
However, like with almost anything vaguely positive for Arsenal at present, this is a catch. And with Saka, it is a rather large and looming one. The teenager has stalled discussions regarding a new contract and could leave on a free next summer if he continues to reject the Gunners’ advances.
Arteta is keen to keep Saka, as he has said publicly, and Arsenal do not need reminding what can happen when you lose high-quality young players on the cheap. Serge Gnabry, Donyell Malen, Jeff Reine-Adelaide and Ismael Bennacer have all flourished since leaving the Emirates on the cheap or for free. Saka cannot be added to that list.
How the club can solve the Saka problem is difficult to determine. If he refuses to sign a new deal, as Gnabry did in 2016, the club may have to sell in the hope that they can recoup a high transfer fee before losing him for nothing. And in the current climate, any fee they get will not be what he might be worth in three, four or eight years time.
Keeping Saka is of the utmost importance. Arteta knows this. Arsenal know this. And yet, there might be nothing that they can do about it. This is now the biggest contract problem to solve.
Source: https://paininthearsenal.com/2020/06/09/fathers-day-2020-arsenal/ typical naija kid, but with sense. They should give him 1/3 of Luiz wages na. Why drag foot? Is Saka happy with his role? Forget professional? |

fabyom: Tomori and Tammy will not make the England Euro squad. They were warned but failed to listen! Tomori is gone for good. 10 minutes international career against Kosovo. What a pity. If Saka and Eze like, they should listen to advise and play for Naija, if they don't, Nigeria has nothing to lose. They would have only themselves to blame. Hmmm I think time will play a major factor if its gonna be a regret or not. But truly they may have themselves to blame. But na their lives. |

Reelafonja: According to the Bible the yardstick for making heaven is giving your life to Christ. So if a young child dies at a young age and can't confess Jesus as Lord because he/ she can't talk or too young to comprehend.
Will he/she go to heaven.
Bible scholars To Confess, one needs to make a decision to forsake sin and recognise Jesus as Lord and personal Saviour. Confessing after Conviction of Sin and Repentance. Babies are firstly innocent and cant make such decisions yet as the mental buildup isnt yet there yet. Decision making is key, and that comes with self consciousness and thinking abilities, assimilation of who Jesus is to the world. Therefore this exempt babies to me and since they haven't started taking such in both ways, they return to their Creator. |

Look at how Raiola is trying to dump Justin Kluivert at the club despite being shit. The guy is shady...always working with agents to give us shit average players.
