finesse: Hi Guys!
Does this site has a moderator? I just posted a genuine "looking for tailors/Apprentice in Nigeria " job ad and it was removed by the anti-spam. I don't know how in the world that was a spam. Could it be because I am based in the UK? Unfortunately, Nairaland, your loss. I will outsource to Philippine, India or China if I cant get to give this opportunity to my fellow Nigerias Hi Finesse, Why is thy blood hot like this? Your post has been rectified . It was the link actually. |

PiperAlpha: OP, God bless you oo. You just addressed my needs! I have been wondering how many percentage of my income should be allocated to rent. But OP I think 25-30% of annual income is way too much. That's for me anyway. Apartments in Lagos are expensive mehn especially on the island. God dey oo. Your post was very enlightening and helpful. Thanks Boss like you. 25 - 30% would be too much na except you wanna rent a bungalow at Osborne Foreshore. |

400billionman: Hold on. The JP morgan bond index is different from the Nigerian stock exchange. Investors have totally exited Nigerian bonds following the delisting by JP morgan. In adition, market sentiments led investors on the NSE to lose N400bn which is what is being reported as regained. I would disagree with the bolded. There was a primary auction for bonds held on the 16th and there were sizeable bids with yields as high as 15.8% p/a.. What you should have said is, Foreign investors pulled out most of their funds because of the delisting, and truth be told, that's what every smart investor wants. We are tired of the foreign guys dictating how the market should move whenever they want. |

Adesiji77: Interesting...reduction in CRR was expected
Cc: davide470, lalasticlala Oh, Yes. Very expected, if not, we would see banks declaring bankruptcy. Though it was expected to be reduced to 20 - 23% sha but it's still fair. Also, Nigeria has the 2nd highest MPR, with Ghana being the first. This is really not cool if we want to be among the developed emerging markets. By the way, those 3 people that voted to stay the CRR need to be flogged. |
