One thing we all need to understand is that since pilgrim can't create dark gift for the main time he need those sleepers, reason why he was able to defeat the master so as to wake them up. If the master defeat pilgrim or pilgrim fails to succeed at the master place the movie won't be interesting anymore, as pilgrim won't have followers or Soldiers to fight in the main battle. Is as simple as that. AMC (script writter is not a fool) think beyond the actions

Yeah, I saw the same thing.

It's getting boring at some point, everyone is waiting for the war between the gods. I think Ep5, 6,7 was just wasted. All those scene/information could have been passed in just one episode.


I shall Know the end of the story, so no thrill.
