senior123: How is Herdsmen killing PMB's matter? What is his business with it. When these killings happened in the north the state police depts handled it. Why r u bringing the president into state affairs? Every state has a state police business with people who earn well over N2m annualy. Why r they getting paid? Mstweee. Drama....
If ur state police fail to do their jobs, ur people will be the victims of their incompetence. I reckon u demand ur state police handle this immediately and stop seeking for notice. State police? Can somebody please wake this dude up and remind him that this is nigeria?! Do we have state police |

18SNVL: Stop trolling or spamming this thread. Contribute by saying I feel you let us get together and act and post me for my contact details so we can get together and build from there. If you want to protest this issue and other past issues let's share ideas, build an organized protest and move forward. If you do not want to do that that is fine as well but do not expose yourself and level by coming to a specific thread and contributing your opinion which is not relevant to the thread.

Babalegba: Unfortunately you still don't get the point. Most of the people agitating against Buhari never liked him nor voted for him in the first place. His supporters are suffering but are resolute in their support for him because they hope that with time his enemies will be defeated and disgraced, then nation building would commence The Sinators buying cars are like termites in a building and I'm sure future wiser Nigerians would put their names in the book of shame. They are outright thieves and should not be tolerated. Then come out in the street lets protest about them buying cars. Wetin concern buhari about SUVs? Why u dey bring buhari inside this topic na? |

18SNVL: I am a hypocrite I am the first to admit that, FACT! There are approximately 180 million of us or so and that is why Nigeria is the way it is. I am laughing at what you said people coming out for better reasons, fine lol. Really so because people have raised other motions for protest mine is not as important, lol, and you will not join the fight against evil because mine is not as big. Do you hear yourself or do you crosscheck with someone before you type because what you have written is coming from place I do not understand. I am truly sorry I did not join or start a protest against corruption, power outages etc, what makes you think that I have not been protesting spiritually. Your reason is irrelevant is my opinion. Everything is spiritual, but you are blind and ignorant.
Big Picture, this thread is what it is. I can understand what you are writing and I think it is coming from a good place. But this issue is a new issue, and as such to me should be a pressing issue. They have taken power away from the masses, fuel away from the masses, money away from the masses, and now our public servants want to purchase luxury vehicles and you say let them go ahead and purchase it meanwhile the issues remain. SMH. Reject nonsense, it is hard to do but that is why we are here. I am not wiser than you though. You come here to post a topic about us coming out to stage a protest on public servants buying luxury vehicles and you expect people to take you seriously? I think you alone will form the crowd. |
Politics › Re: by davo3286: 3:25pm On Apr 20, 2016 |
Babalegba: You are failing to understand something important. The Nigerians that voted Buhari in knew all along the road would be difficult and arduous and are prepared to give Buhari time to sort things out, that is why people are bearing with him.Hope is the reason why they are not in the streets protesting. They hope he will point Nigeria to the right way with a firm foundation. Of course there are upsidedown thinking Nigerians who will try to frustrate him and incite people against him.The sinators are car grabbing thieves working against the nation Who told you that the nigerians who voted buhari knew all along that the road will be difficult?? The reason why you guys are not out in the streeet protesting is because you are too ashamed to accept the reality. Period! We have better and pressing issues to protest about not luxury SUVs. |

Babalegba: You should buy them with your own money.Nigerians are getting more educated and wiser by the day.British MPs don't get luxury vehicles at the expense of the taxpayers so why should these immoral thieving self inflated nonentities called our senators do.Nigerians should be ready to reject all nonsense in their lives. I wish Nigeria has a million more people like the o.p instead of the excuses for human beings littering Nigeria If we should begin to reject all nonsense in our lives then we will end up rejecting nigeria in the process. Why because nigeria is a good as nonsense. The O.P, in my opinion, is nothing but a hypocrite and I want to believe you are too. If nigeria had a million more people like you and the O.P then we are doomed! People have raised a better reason why we should come out to protest and you and the O.P turned a blind eye. Please stop this your hypocrisy. |

18SNVL: Please read the subject of the thread before engaging with me. I am looking for the facts that tie down SUV procurement by our public servants and not some hearsay repeated endlessly by word of mouth.
No one told me.
Nothing is wrong with it. So what's your point exactly? So because I'm a public servant therefore I should not buy luxury vehicle? |
Politics › Re: by davo3286: 2:17pm On Apr 20, 2016 |
18SNVL: No not at all, perks come with the office I get that. But vehicles every year for public servants that fail to provide the needed attention on our roads? I mean they are quick to make decisions to buy the latest 2016 SUV editions, but there are no quick decisions on constructing and maintaining our road network system.
Thats why I say bring the facts and lets take our message, the message of the people, to them. What facts are you talking about here? Who told you they buy vehicles for themselves every single year?? And what's wrong if they bought the latest SUV. |

The bitter truth is nigerian will NEVER ever get anything right so long as our foundation remains wrong and rotten. I mean, not with our present configuration. A fraudulent and corrupt union will always bread fraudulence and corruption at all levels of national life. The idea behind the nigerian union was based on fraud. Little wonder no sector of the economy is working up to 50%. None! Be it oil and gas sector, education, agriculture, energy and power, health, transportation, finance, manufacturing,...none! Is it not a shame that at this age and time we cannot boast of any of these sectors working optimally?! nigeria is INDEED a cursed and rogue state! |
