Wetin Edo dey find here? Silly thread. Op, you must be stoned for this nonsense. Nonsense! Ijaw is Biafra and Biafra is Ijaw. Izon means 'truth' so my fellow Ijaws let's speak the truth always. Haaaaa Izon! Haaaaaa Izon!! Izon keme emi a? Emi eeeeeee!
I want to use this opportunity to call on all my fellow ijaw youths to support our brothers, the Igbos. Let's form an alliance with them just like the yorubas and hausa/fulanis have formed, have been forming and will always form alliance against us. It is only when we synergize by forming a formidable alliance that we can succeed. Let's us not make the silly and disastrous mistake our fore fathers made by taking sides with the north and west to the detriment of our backdoor neighbors, the igbos. Biafra is not all about Igbo. Ijaws are a majority in Biafra (Just like the Ibos). But a silly minority in the contraption nigeria. Do we rather remain as oppressed minorities in nigeria or be majority in Biafra and be free? This is the question that we need to ask ourselves.
Trut: When boko haram is bombing and still bombing you zoogerians in North, did France support you in any way?
Support the IDP in your country before supporting France.
Don't mind the idiats who call themselves nigerians. How many times have they changed their dps in support and in solidarity of the thousands that have been killed, maimed and displaced in the ZOO?
sursur: I was just going through the new ministers and Their portfolios imagining there essence to the nation but one particular portfolio seems to have a question mark to me ' which is MINISTER OF NIGER DELTA . Pls can someone help me out because for me if there is need for Niger delta minister then they should equally be a MINISTER OF MIDLE-BELT , minister of Northeast or southwest. what are the reasons of introducing Niger delta minister pls ?
The reason why there is a need for PETROLEUM MINISTRY. What is the need for PETROLEUM MINISTRY??
Victorchuks4: Nigeria is giant of africa for mouth. Angola develop very well
Very true my brother. In the whole of 2011, I had the opportunity to travel across three African countries - South Africa, Namibia and Angola - and guess what? I was shamed to be nigerian seeing how orderly and nice the places were. In fact, I regretted being a nigerian. We have far more oil and gas than Angola but they were able to use their oil money judiciously. Namibia don't even have any oil. But right from the airport down to the city centers you could see infrastructurall development, orderliness and what have you. I mean, it's a shame!
PLANETMARS: I am afraid that biafra would NEVER exist sir.
You should be more afraid of the cursed and failed contraption of a state called nigeria. See, do yourself a little favor. Come out of your cocoon, travel out of the shores of this contraption you call country. You will weep for your country. nigeria was built on fraud and anything built on fraud will surely fall...just a matter of time. And, believe you me, the time has come. You can continue living in self denial...after all, its your right.
PLANETMARS: lol I love ur ending line. Leave biafra and faace nigeria bro don't make d mistakes ur fada did in 1967. Its simple u want biafra we say capital NO! U can continue protesting to enternity or u go to war again and we make u guys history.
You're 'no' is inconsequential. Our fathers didn'the make any mistakes whatsoever, nigeria did and is paying the price. nigeria will NEVER know peace until the right thing is done.
PLANETMARS: I am afraid that biafra would NEVER exist sir.
On the contrary. You should be more afraid and ashamed of the cursed and failed contraption of a country, nigeria, that despite all the resources - human, money, oil and gas, solid minerals, you name it - has nothing to show for it. Are you not ashame?? No road, no pipe-borne water, no education, no shelter, social security (no employment, no hearth care, no nothing). nigerians lack the basic necessity of life. If you think nigeria cares about you then you must be allucinating. nigeria that doesn't even have a single data base of nigerians. A country that cannot protect and fend for her citizenry is a disgrace.
As for Biafra. Believe you me, the time has come. Read the hand writing on the wall, guy. I am an Ijaw man and have the right to believe in any cause. Biafra is that cause! You can continue living in self-denial, after all, it's your right. So, my guy, leave Biafra alone and 'face your work' - face nigeria.
PLANETMARS: Since you so badly need biafra my question is after you get it what next? Is the igboland suddenly going to to flow with milk and honey? What are your plans economically?
What happens next is no stupid, fvcking business of yours, fuul!
koma1: Stop this bigotry it won't take you anywhere. the Buhari you are insulting still remains your president and there is nothing you can do about it, so the earlier you stop hating the better for you.God bless Nigeria

Kirigidi: @Davo3286. U ar just bin clever by half. Ur Igbo mainland was equally named "South East" nd u pipo acceptd it nd ur Ohaneze Ndigbo ar even using it in dia official documents.... So also ur so-calld Biafra u want to impose on us is a fraud.... Stop deceivin urself! Just go update ur knwledge. Was Anambra State not named after River Anambra? Was Ebonyi not a name of a river b4 dat state was created by Abacha? Go do proper research, d followin countries were named afta rivers: Gambia, Senegal, Niger, Zambia, Congo, India, Jordan, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chad(lake), Malawi(lake).
At least South-east is one of the cardinal points. Now, tell me. What is South-south? Continue to be deceived. I wonder where you got, that rather skewed, information that India, like you mention, for instance, was named after Indian Ocean - the third largest oceanic body on earth? Who told you than the nation, India, was named after Indian Ocean? Please, go back and improve on your research and stop coming here to exhibit your illiteracy on the subject, Geography/History. FYI, Indian Ocean was named after the people, India, and not vice versa. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indian_Ocean
Also, FYI, I am Izon. If there is something your empty skull needs I think it must be this: Biafra has never been imposed on anyone. Biafrans are the most enterprising people in this part of the world. They are not lazy just like my people, the I jaws, and other tribes, who put all their focus and life on oil which has made them super lazy. When Donald Trump said Africans are lazy he actually meant to say nigerians are lazy. Biafrans have never put their focus on oil. Little wonder they are the most successful in business. If every region in this part of the African continent tow the path of Biafra, their lives will be far better than they are now.
How come no one is calling for the head of the owner(s) of the building? When the Synagogue building collapsed, you all came here, on NL, wailing on top of your voices - "TB Joshua is the cause. He is an anti-Christ, a fake prophet. He used inferior building materials...punish him, prosecute him, jail him...in fact, kill him!". But nobody is wailing now. Why? Obviously, it was because of hate, jealousy.
Those nomenclatures -Niger Delta and South-south - are just calculated plans to divide us further. I wonder when our people will come out from their foolishness. They call them "Niger Delta/South-south" and they accepted without thinking. If our fathers were so foolish, naive and gullible to fall for their tricks, must we be foolish too? The name "Niger Delta/South-south is a fraud! Where on earth are people together their land named after a river? I've never heard, read or seen where a people is name after a river. A river is usually name after the land or people of that land. Check the names of all the rivers here in nigeria, Africa and across the globe, even in the Bible, you will find out that the rivers are named after the people or the land. Of course this nonsense can only happen in the contraption and called nigeria - a no nation, a failed state and a cursed country. In Fela's voice #beast of no nation...
You can detect it by checking the wipers. If the driver side of the wiper is somewhat shorter than the passenger side then it means that the car was converted, originally, from RHD to LHD.
Adextaiwo48: Which Comes First? The Jonathanian Or The Radio Biafran? I bet you have asked this question too. It can’t be denied… I checked a whole bunch of actual names. I found many of the same names that used to say, “GEJ till 2019”, are now the same names saying, “Biafra or death”. But the topic is, which comes first, the chicken or the egg. Thankfully I have been listening to Nwannekaenyi Kenny Okwu- Kanu who goes by the stage name, “Nnamdi Kanu,” for quite a bit; assigned by my organisation [ENDS] to monitor his terror potency as part of our primary mission to combat old and prevent new terror in Nigeria. Before the station re-dedicated itself for instigation of full terror against the new government, Radio Biafra was a Jonathanian bully organisation. In the beginning days and till late 2014 when Nnamdi Kanu recognized that Jonathan was bound to lose, all Radio Biafra did was prop-up PDP candidates and officials and threaten death on Muslims and APC candidates and their supporters. There’s tons of such recorded episodes. Radio Biafra’s PDP Campaign And Opposition Party Intimidation Nnamdi Kanu threatened Rotimi Amaechi when the then Rivers state governor picked up ‘arms’ against Goodluck Jonathan; that period when Jonathan made 16 greater than 19…before APC was born. He threatened and promised to kill Rochas Okorocha. He promised death and ordered his members to harass and try to kill Chief Sylvester O. Dimunah for converting to Islam. This was all Radio Biafra was. His words were as clearcut, cold and blatantly pro PDP and Jonathan as can be seen in this excerpt from a facebook post he made: “DEALING WITH APC SUPPORTING SABOTEURS IN THE BIAFRAN STRUGGLE …There will be no mercy, no pardon, no forgiveness. All traitors must die and so too their families. This nonsensical disease of Igbo saboteurs springing up all over the place in the name of having a different opinion on Biafra liberation will no longer be tolerated especially those who claim they are Biafrans but are supporting APC or APC candidates.” -Written by Nnamdi Kenny Okwu Kanu, owner RadioBiafra, January 5th, 2014 on Radio Biafra facebook. In fact at a time when Jonathan’s government was so hopeless to the international world and where the administration-supervised deadly campaign against the northeast was so glaring with Boko Haram/Daesh in Nigeria successfully conquering 90% of Borno state and also capturing the top half of Adamawa state and much of Yobe state, Radio Biafra was strongly for Jonathan and his army chief, General Azubuike Ihejirika despite them both facing increasing global condemnation for the pogrom in the north. Radio Biafra for its many years openly drummed up Igbo support for the PDP-Jonathan-led government and terrorized the opposition. You must realize that as you can hear in this recording of Nwannekaenyi Okwu-Kanu (Nnamdi Kanu) that I made at the time, Nwannekaenyi said Goodluck Ebele Jonathan was Igbo, his Igbo brethren [https://www.youtube.com/watch? v=EbNCBllNiWM]. Also recollect that General Azubuike Ihejirika is the man that Boko Haram negotiator, Stephen Davis accused of being a sponsor of Boko Haram. Jonathan was an Igbo president for Radio Biafra and in him and with his policies they were well pleased. Till today, Radio Biafra still holds its support for PDP governors left in the south. See their tweet campaigning for mega corruption accused former PDP governor Godswill Akpabio just this week. Background Of The Jonathan-Ihejirika North Pogrom, Destruction of Nigeria’s Military We recollect that General Azubuike Ihejirika was the head of the army for the four years that Boko Haram had unprecedented territorial success, capturing 20 of 27 local governments in Borno, then with public uproar, Ihejrika clears them back while killing hundreds of Borno youth in careless military ops that were as bad as the terrorists and got him Amnesty International condemnation records; then he steps back again to allow Boko Haram capture the 20 local governments again, and so on in a continuous no-strategy cycle to eradicate the northeast of human life. It was a pogrom and it led to the definition and entrenchment the official deadliest terrorist group in the world that killed over 100,000 north-based people and displaced over 2 million, especially farmers, leading to a catastrophe beyond proportions. We recollect that it was General Ihejirika that the US accused of amassing billions of dollars meant for equipping the military via the Boko Haram pogrom which allowed for stupendous military budgets that were diverted under him and Commander in Chief Goodluck Ebele Jonathan. We also recollect that General Ihejirika was a mani beneficiary of the dividing up of lands meant for military barracks’. The Nigerian military was being purposefully undermined and depleted under Jonathan and Ihejirika while certain civilians were being given Nigeria’s arms and military hardware budget cash to fund private armies. Tompolo was one such individual who was given billions to be a so-called paramilitary force in the south south to “defend Nigeria’s waterways.” It is recollected that at this time oil theft rose to unprecedented levels in Nigeria’s history, suggesting that the funding of Tompolo’s southern army was not for what was portrayed. My Debate With Nwannekaenyi Okwa-Kanu On Why He Campaigned For Jonathan In cogniscance of the above background, you will understand why at the time I was frustrated seeing people who pretended to be freedom fighters using their platform to campaign for Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and the continued anti-north pogrom and deliberate destruction of the Nigerian military under army General Ihejirika’s watch. Jonathan was so bad and dangerous to Nigeria and west Africa as a whole, I did not mind Ihejirika seizing power for him. Yes, when we look back at Nigeria’s military take overs, and history of slightly longer northern rule, the north (80% of Nigeria’s land mass) did not rule for 10 more years than the south because they were elected into power, but because they seized power on the claim that the administration in charge was recklessly corrupt. Kaduna Nzeogwu had attempted the same but possibly when he massacred many prominent Nigerians especially northerners in his attempt, it flopped. Northerners however sacked fellow northerners in power via coups on the claim of doing good for Nigeria. We have even voted one such ex-military ruler as our current president because I guess we appreciated that he was really good and was for good, and wholeheartedly forgive him for the coup. We are as it appears free humans who like progress unrestricted and not slaves to western political democracy per se. So now a southern “Igbo” was president and General Azubuike Ihejirika was in charge of the army. Why did Ihejirika not do something to save Nigeria? I challenged Nwannekaenyi, aka “Nnamdi.” “Why do you support Jonathan and Ihejrika with their hopelessness and pogrom?” I asked him. “Should Ihejirika not sack Jonathan for us? Why do you support Jonathan?,” I pressed on Radio Biafra, under the fake name “Smart Alec.” Nwannekaenyi Okwu-Kanu defended the PDP president as his person. It was clear Kanu was an arm or sponsored by Jonathan. Nwannekaenyi said Jonathan was the only president that set up a sovereign national conference. I called his BS. Several identical conferences had been set up in the past and there was nothing sovereign about this conference where certain references had been banned, I told him. I am happy I recorded this debate and evidence of what Nwannekaenyi Okwu-Kanu truly is/was [ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EbNCBllNiWM]. He was Jonathanian through and through. The Jonathanian comes before the Radio Biafran, apparently. As Jonathan Loses, Radio Biafra Becomes Agitator It was only when the permutations were poor and it was glaring that Jonathan would loose as Nwannekaenyi started mentioning on his broadcasts that “Biafra or death” started coming up. Biafra or death is the Jonathanians’ plan B. And while these masters, Jonathan, Ihejirika, Nwannekaenyi Okwu-Kanu and the like have tremendous material gain of these various schemes, it is the gullible youth followers that one must pity as they mumuishly follow the chicken and the egg and rubbish perhaps worthwhile and widespread legitimate causes for true federalism, independence and self determination. Foolish talk! I can't believe you spent all your time and resources writing this balderdash. It really shows you know nothing. Have you have any common sense at all?
Like they always say - "truth is always bitter...it's a very bitter pill to swallow". But, hey, it must be swallowed all the same. Whether you like it or not it needs to be told! It must be told!
Nigeria is the original THIEF - fact! A country built on lies and corruption can NEVER know progress - fact! The innocent blood of all the, harmless, Biafrans (women and children) spilled by nigeria will forever hunt nigeria and nigerians. Little wonder nigeria is still impoverished after 100yrs and after 55yrs of independence. Despite the huge resources (crude oil in particular) they stole from the rightful owners and all the monies made from same, they cannot make judicious use of it. Do you need a 'babalawo' to tell you that nigeria is a cursed state? Dubai that some of you silly nigerians run to for leisure was developed and transformed with oil money in JUST 10yrs ONLY. Isn't that a shame to nigeria and you so called nigerians??
You people should continue deceiving yourselves that nigeria is one. Of course, I bet there's not you're proud of about nigeria. You come online on an anonymous site to chant one nigeria yet you dive at the slightest opportunity to run away from nigeria to U.S and co. You can even kill your mother to get a U.S visa. One nigeria my seksy Arrse!
Nacxwills: The Ibos have started again. they've begin what they couldn't finish. Years ago Nigeria fought civil war, and there was no emancipation for Biafra.. The experience of the Nigeria civil war was dread and negetively ernomous, that never earned us any development or improvement rather destruction and set back. The Biafra saga have caused us a lot of misfortune. We lost the Bakkasi pennisula with ernomous natural endowment(crude) to cameroun, these would have been a boast to our economy. Millions of people died, hunger and starvation, my uncle I never saw because of Biafra war. If the want a protest they should fucking take them protest to their biafran state if any, we are not Biafrans, and we cannot be. Long live Niger Delta, Long live Nigeria.
Foolish talk. You say you're from South-South. Please, if I may ask, what is South-South? Is there any cardinal point on earth called "South-South"? Define South-South. In case you don't know. The whole of the oil rich region of Nigeria is actually Biafra land - the bitter truth. Take it or leave it.
They are remanding peaceful protesters who are demanding a legitimate request in custody for treason? How many Boko Haram members have they charged for treason?? Oh what a shameful country called nigeria.
Iyaniwura123: In 1914, the British Protectorates of Northern and Southern Nigeria were amalgamated by Frederick Lugard, 1st Baron Lugard, a mercenary, soldier, explorer and colonial administrator. It was only in Lagos that his plan of amalgamation was fiercely resisted, the other parts of the country remained lackadaisical. The image below shows the document at the National Archives, London with which the amalgamation of Nigeria was done. It was provided by Amanda Kirby Okoli, a London-based lawyer. In 2014, the amalgamation will be 100 years, and the Nigerian federal government is already making moves to have a blast. They call it the Centenary Anniversary Celebrations and it has attracted varied opinions. What do you think?
queenogech: The amalgamation of southern and northern Nigeria by the British was to be experimented for 100 YEARS to know if it's going to work or not, according to the secret government document the British left after independence. Although the document is kept secret, this fact is generally known to the ruling class, most dons of political science and law as well as the government of UK. However, there has been consistent efforts by Nigerian government to keep this knowledge out of public as it may lead to agitation for breaking the country into two i.e pre-1914 status especially by those in the south. The awareness of this document and the closeness of 2014 has been causing panic among the Northern elites; this panic was behind the recent comment by the senate president that Nigeria will not break up. It was also behind the warning by NBA president when he said in Benin this week that Nigeria may break-up. Even pres. Jonathan is nervous about this fact; remember that he kept on saying that Nigeria will not break-up. Also,it was the real reason behind the northern governors recent security meeting in Kaduna, according to some sources. All these sudden talks about nigeria breaking or not breaking up by the political leaders including the president show how anxious they are about the implications of the document and the closeness of almighty 2014. On the international scene, the knowledge of this document was behind the prediction by American diplomats that Nigeria will break-up in 2015. The US army is also preparing on how to respond to the possible break up of Nigeria.
Interesting...
IMPLICATIONS OF THE DOCUMENT 1. BY 2014, NIGERIA WILL NO LONGER LEGALLY EXIST
2. NIGERIA WILL BE BACK TO PRE-1914 STATUS OF TWO STATES OF SOUTHERN NIGERIA AND NORTHERN NIGERIA BOTH LEGALLY AND TECHNICALLY, ALTHOUGH THE RULING ELITES MAY IGNORE THIS REALITY EXCEPT THERE IS REVOLUTION FROM THE PEOPLE.
3. PEOPLE OF SOUTHERN AND NORTHER NIGERIA MUST COME TOGETHER TO ENTER A NEW AGREEMENT UNDER THEIR OWN TERMS.
