They will stay for years without a single tenant. And when tenants come, they are mostly Yahoo boys (and when these ones no see money collect again, they will owe u or crawl back to their holes in mainland where they ran from.) or company workers that come from another state for few months or years.

I remember when I educate Valuers not to visit castle magazine or jiji, Nigerian Property Centre etc when the are doing valuation. Simple reason is that advertised prices are not market values. Most of these properties have been in the market for couple of years, but keep getting refreshed or updated by the vendors to appear on first page and no one is buying or renting.

Good Day All,

Woke up this morning to a Whatsapp message with a PDF attachment with a Visa Grant Letter/ eVISA for New Zealand from a fellow class mate in my university which i have long graduated from who's working with a travel agency, Unfortunately i hadn't come across the thread before now, Seeing the eVisa's posted in some of these post makes me doubt the authenticity of what i just received this morning, I went ahead to the website to www.immigration.govt.nz to check the status of the visa and it was confirmed that i had been 'Issued' an eVisa.

Now my question is verifying how true this is since the official website declares this to be true. I would like to know if anyone has an idea of what exactly a visa issued to a Nigerian by the New Zealand Immigration should look like and its process for verification, I would appreciate every meaningful contributions to this post and not backlashes.

You buy land for N500,000 and LIRS will tell you to pay N750,000 as tax to get building approval. This is one of the many reasons people choose not to get planning permit before building.

He has five children, four females, which one of them happens to be my mum and a male who is also late.
