I had advocated a waiting game, but developers are sometimes impatient and will need to spend that money before they lose it. But, do we see a future in this country where these prices will reverse significantly? So that we will not have to wait forever. A lot of buildings became abandoned projects just because people waited.

So my next strategy is to stock. I have turned some sections of my properties to stores where I will be packing lots of building materials like iron rods, plastic pipes for plumbing and electrical, wires, keys and locks, nails, binding wires, wooden boards, house finish items and even tiles. Just anything that will not expire in a year.

I have been cheated by a Cab driver in UAE (Dubai) who comes from Pakistan to hustle in Dubai. He took us from our Hotel (Akas Inn) from Sharaf DG/Al Bashir and cheated with trip counting, making us pay more.

A bus driver who's a female, cheated us also in Auckland New Zealand, cause we had no idea of their currency. In come countries, they still use coins. Hence you may not really understand.

The procedure to reset service intervals can be found in the vehicles manual.

More than 60% of vehicles on Nigerian roads are used ('Tokunbo') Hence, not all will have user manual or service manual. Options for people like that is either:
1. Download the manual online
2. Rely on the 'expert' for such simple fix
3. Consult Youtube

Anytime I change by Oil, I need to reset the Oil Life. Imagine how much a 'rewire' or mechanic would charge novice to reset such. With YouTube, you can learn few simple fixes

We started with Dangote Cement and when it became expensive, we moved to Lafarge. Lafarge is cheaper and has not disappointed so far.

When I got to roofing in July, I got quote from different people. Some are ridiculously high, but I chose one that was cheap and better.

In Nigeria, state conducts LG elections, while a central body called INEC conducts Governorship and Presidential election.

In US, each state have their separate election board and election rules. They decide how their elections would be conducted and the state legislators make laws unique to each state
