Apply alone via France, put in a good package showing good statement of Account and your family and business as strong ties to Nigeria

In January 2024, I apply for tourist visa to Spain with the family of three and we were refused on the reason that, (the purpose of travel is not RELIABLE)

(1) I want to reapply alone iin the year 2025,what can I do correct this reason?

(2) can I reapply at another Schengen country like Italy, Netherlands or france, because I learn that Spain is too strict.

(3)Like how many millions of naira we I have in my bank account to apply, because I learn that Schengen country usually give there visa to a reach person.is closings balance of 5million okay to apply and be granted?

(4) Is it true that if one has been denied of Spain visa before,and the person went ahead to reapply for Italy visa,that. It's authentic refusal?

£250 to £300 cos infants are free to most attractions

4) like how much will I budget for transport? Depends on your location and how close it is to Airport and historic places you want to visit. £100 for local transport and about £200 from Airport to your stay and return to airport

Your business account should be receiving payment from customers and in the 6 months you would use, make sure the inflow is more than the 1 year salary you pay yourself

Then from this same account, transfer the monthly equivalent of ₦6.5m per annum per month. ₦500,000 monthly

Then from the ₦500,000 spend only ₦145,000 every month

Make sure you pay tax. Walk to any tax office, assuming you're in Lagos, they'll do 3 years tax clearance for you

Since you'll be applying in 2025, you'll need tax for 3 years preceding 2025 which are 2022, 2023 and 2024 (personal income tax)

Then register your company with FIRS (VAT) assuming you're a Business Venture not LTD it PLC

1. You just registered your company ( This ordinarily should not be an issue, but for the fact that you made it appear that the business had been running before registration
2. Your statement of account should justify how you're able to pay yourself ₦6.5m per annum
3. You said you spend ₦145k monthly. Did your statement show this outflow monthly?

Wow, your expenses are already crazy! I believe you could've saved a lot more if you had used the train though, but since you didn't travel alone, I get why the budget stated on your application was as high as 6 million Naira sha. For me that's planning to travel alone, I think 2 million to 2.5 million Naira (1,022 GBP to 1,278 GBP) for a week (including flight and excluding accommodation) should be fine.

I earn about 882,000 Naira each month, but my December salary is always at least 1.4 million Naira, due to end of year allowances received.

Limit yourself as much as you can, but VAF budget is not always same as actual spending.

If I wasn't accommodated, there's a £100 a night 2 bedroom Airbnb apartment that I would have stayed.

Accomodation takes a lot out of your total budget, if you want to stay away from family. But with family for just few days, you save a lot

You are aware that you can’t use Air France/KLM without a transit visa? Unless you have a UK BRP, or a visa for the USA, Canada, or Japan, you’ll need to apply for a transit visa. .. this information is privy to everyone.

Ticket cost for us was way higher than anticipated having initially budgeted ₦6million as stated in VAF. With Air France and KLM no go area cos of transit visa, was left with BA, Virgin and Air Peace, all of which are over ₦7m

Shopping today alone which I know will not last beyond 2-3 days cost about £120. May be cos we're 3 sha

You need to have a proof of fund of almost 70m aside other expenses such as flight ticket and other incidental costs.

You may consider moving to New Zealand for the time being.

The migration requirements for New Zealand are much more relaxed than that of Australia.

Note that the best gift you can give your children in 2025 is to take them out of Nigeria.

This is different from PIT.

It's the LIRS that will tell you your PIT for the past 3 years, so you can obtain TCC Tax Clearance Certificate. I got mine for 2021, 2022 &2023 which was submitted to UKVI

With what you said you earn, your annual tax should not be less than ₦1million if you're to be properly assessed.

Your annual tax should be between 10-21% of the ₦24m you said you earn annually
