Reapply and address everything stated already.

As I said, only two issues.

Fix certain amount immediately for a period that will coincide with the travel date.

Let's assume you want to reapply in June, 2025 and travel in July, 2025 for summer, fix about ₦5m or more for 7 months, with maturity date being July 2025

Then keep your salary account clean that from January Salary, deposit in the account from company must read Salary and nothing more, then use another account for personal runs.

Do a cover letter to address the refusal and reference it and state in the letter that the amount you fixed is what you're using to fund the trip, as you've fixed it ahead of travel time. However, let the balance in the account after six months still be able to cover about ₦4m need for the trip. Naira salary account should have about ₦7million

Fix deposit certificate to be used as well

My biometrics was on the 11th December, got this same mail on the 7th of January. When did you get yours?

This is really strange and dont want to attribute this to VFS, as obviously this is UKVI themselves.

December is when I think they should be overwhelmed, but surprising this is happening in January.

The first four months came in as net pay while the last two months came In as salary by (my employers name). I submitted my promotion letter which shows the salary incremental well. It's my first time applying for a UK visa. I asked my employer just like you noted but ofcourse they don't know cos it me who takes the payment schedule to the bank and they don't add special narration either than letting the bamk know it's the salary for a particular month. I've only traveled to Ghana which I stated.
Okay.. I've taken note of the other funds your mentioned.
I'd rather not fix my money in treasury.
Didn't know it had to be liquid funds.
But pls can I move money from my ithe bank accounts? And If I do, do I need to add the bank statements to my salary account?
I'm asking cos I only want to submit my salary account statement now.

The bank can actually do this, by telling the teller to add that narration. We do that for tax and the reason for payment is always specified

Hello All,
Please see attached my refusal letter.
I enquired fro. The bank amd honestly they claim it's the different applications used in processing payment schedule.
And also for the budget for the trip.. I mean I had 10m treasury bill, 7m in my salary account, 5m in my personal savings and 6m in a joint account with my mom.
I may be wrong ; but I thought with all of these, spending 2500 pounds isn't too much.
Please I need the input of all the gurus in the house. Is it something I can appeal or reapply? If I have to reapply, how do I tackle these points being raised?
It was a very painful thing for me cos I dint get a refusal mail nor hard copy, just my passport was returned so I was excited I got the visa.
I had to send a paid mail before they sent this refusal letter.

Two issues were cited

1. The inconsistency in deposits. You need to fix this by ensuring that only salaries get paid into salary account, which you intend to drop.
In my case I calime I get paid certain amount and in the 5 months statement I presented, it clearly stayed that sum exactly without reduction or increment. If you salary is N1.1m, make sure only that N1.1m enters that account for about 5 months and clearly marked as Salary

2. Reduce your budget. Cheapest ticket now is around N1.1m to N1.3m ($700)
You can see $70 a night hotel and spend about $700 in 10 days and another $500 on feeding
$300 on entertainment
Total $2,200 which is less than 2000 pounds

What documents did you upload for your biometrics?
I have my visa application done but yet to book biometrics appointment, and I was only asked to show proof of financial maintenance and the proof immigration status of my wife.

I don't know if marriage proofs, like marriage certificates, photos, are necessary since they didn't ask.

Any documents that you feel would help your case, should be added, except if you're told not to

I stated she's a petty trader and farmer and makes 820k yearly however.
And also depends on the monthly allowance we the children send to her of about 120k..and her monthly spending is 65k

It's not just the funds, you needed to provide other strong ties to Nigeria.

These days, families japa separately, with either the mother going first and the father joining later or vice versa. Hence, family is no longer a strong tie.

Your job could have been used with a senior member writing to state how important you are to the organisation and why you must return.
Solution
1. Need to explain all deposits into the account aside salaries.
2. Need strong ties to Nigeria, like your organisation writing them
3. Also use your family in your letter as to why you must return back to them and they are well placed in Nigeria etc

1) 10 years ago I use my first wife as my spouse with her three children as dependents,I was denied then,but now I want to reapply using my second wife as my spouse and are children as dependents, I hope I will not be denied cos of this? But I will explain in the additional information page.

2) 10years ago my parents was among the dependants I use them,but my parents are late last year,I want to reapply and I click that I don't have my parents details,I hope this will not cause rad flag?

Save enough money that can be fixed and then apply when the money is like ₦10m. It must have been fixed for 3 months or 6months ahead of application, showing it's not just fresh.

With this you can still be paying yourself the ₦500,000 monthly

3. You can buy or sell land at anytime so that's fine

4. Your N500,000 salary might be an issue... You are married with children. How do you cope with N500,000 and still have enough to plan a foreign trip? The visa officer would think like that so have a good answer to that question.

Traveling now, especially to UK due to exchange rate that has reduced the value of Naira to something else has to be really needful before embarking on it.

If you own a N500million house in Lekki and you sell it, the amount cant buy you a beautiful 3 bedroom flat in Hither Green where a flat is sold for £350,000

In your personal statement of account, there must be evidence that your business is actually paying you salary or allowance monthly and at least 3 months bank statement to show how you transferred from business, account to personal account, cos you'll be asked to provide explanation or origin

You need

1. Cover letter
2. Personal account statement
3. Savings account statement
4. Company account statement
5. Evidence of your strong ties with Nigeria or Italy
6. Insurance not needed in UKVI application

Hello everyone, please I need your help. My mums visa was denied because we didn’t submit her statement even though we didn’t because we were sponsoring her visit.
Now the problem is that they want her to show how she earns in Nigeria. I said she is a saleswoman in a rural village but I don’t know if she should submit her personal savings and her pos account cos she does POs business on the side too. Should I use both statement and explain what she does. Since she doesn’t keep conventional savings account due ti the nature of her business cos it’s cash incentive. These explanations you stated here with the attachment of the bank statements would have ensured the visa is granted

How's your business also doing financially?

UKVI are interested in how you feed January to December, so you'll not japa and become liability.

A clean account that shows self sustainability or external support is what's required in your case, as one aspect is settled (previous travel to European Economic Area)

I've answered this already. The only organisation that can send you refusal mail is UKVI and if they didn't send you a refusal mail, it means (99% of the time, except for 1%) you've been granted
