Humanbeings, wether male or female cheat because we are biologically programmed to... Even the so called faithful ones have at one time or the other found someone only their strong principles and discipline prevented them from cheating with... it's who we are as a specie. |

Christianity Etc › Re: When Manslaughter Is Justifiable?? [GRAPHIC PICTURES] by daxlasaint(m): 8:12pm On Sep 22, 2015 |
Twaci: Happy sunday people .
So we are all aware that life is a precious gift from God and that we should value it no matter what. To show its utmost importance, the Bible has written in it more than 3 verses that shuns the taking of another's life.
So, manslaughter is wrong.
But then i am sure most of you have seen or heard about cases of deformity in new borns, we have for example the one that occurred recently in Aba, and have noticed the fact that these kids are seen as something gruesome....an abomination.
My question goes thus, would it be right for the parents of these children to give them a chance of living?
Or would it be a sin if the parents ask the doctor to end the child's life immediately?
Lets discuss.
CC: OAM4J Lalasticlala I know what am about to say will definitely make me a monster in the eyes of most pple who will read my words but... put a child like this out of its obvious pains would be a mercy... if I was born like this I wouldn't want to live either. |

shullamite: Ok thanks, maybe I should be tilting towards EOD already. I fell in love with the escape becos of the SUV and the price I was offered was cheap to afford, and I like the roominess because I am a tall person that like space in cars. Ermmm.... instead of EOD I would advice Discussion Continued... EOD's ball joint is the reason most people are under the misconception that Hoonda cars don't have good Legs. |

MzNelly: I don't mean narrating the story o
I mean the characters saying their part, the action and everything
So you can get a better feel of it. I foor one prefer the written words... words tell a story more beautifully if they are read... gives the brain more room to be imaginative in picturing the story being told. |
Christianity Etc › Re: Diary Of A Jehovah's Witness by daxlasaint(m): 8:27pm On Sep 20, 2015 |
First off I belive that God has NO religion... humans created religion as a means to control the masses. And it has succeeded in doing just that for thousands of yrs.
I dated a J wit and we broke up not cos the love died ( she still loves me more than 10 yrs later) but because after trying so hard to become one I finally had to admit to myself and her that I cudnt accept JW teachings and therefore couldn't become a witness.
Even my Elder sis who was a staunch JW left the society after yrs of defending a faith she no longer belived in. Religion as practised by mankind boxes us in and narrows our view and way of life.
True religion in my own opinion is the peace between you and your chosen God, even if all others label you a pagan for beliving in said way oof life it still all boils down to wether you find peace. In your fellowship with said deity or god(s). |

One very important rule... if u are new to lag don't do anything. In public until u see others do same without consequences! E.g. Do not, I repeat donot pee on a corner until u see someone else do it without being bundled away... same goes for crossing the express roads! My friend paid 5k for "peeing illegally" Eko o ni baje o!!! |

castroevans: I'm sure u know there are workers in the church... The Drummers, those who play the keyboard, piano, blow the trumpet, cleaners, and 90percent of them are paid. Where do u expect the money to come from, The Pastor's pocket? I'm sure u know the church also needs maintenance, purchasing of diesel, repair of any faulty electrical appliances and u also don't expect that to come from the pastor's pocket alone. Now, paying of rents, printing of bulletin etc all requires money, do u also expect that to come from ur pastor's pocket alone? I used to live in such notion but i'm glad I don't think about it anymore. Pray to blessed beyond ur expectation and such thoughts would be the last thing u would think of. You forgot to add, the pastor has to drive in a convoy of cars and sometimes even with security agents... Live in a house way to big for one family... wear a gold cross that could feed several families for months! Yeah I get you, these fine things of life won't pay for themselves... Hallelujah. |

scholes0: Don't be silly. The Historical heart of Warri township was the Itsekiri portions, before it spread further east, north and south due to growth. An airport was constructed in Osubi for example, in an area that was never part of historical warri township. Petroleum facilities were located in Effurun, again an area that was never part of actual warri. All these new developments encouraged the settlement of more people (mostly migrants) in these newly developed areas. are you getting the drift? Expansion to the west was more limited due to the marshy nature of the lads west of warri.
Three local governments make up the Warri metropolitan area today, and here they are. All those areas you have mentioned are Uwvie and have never and will never be warri except in a general sense of the word. Agbassa and igbudu are IN the hrt of warri township... are they historically Itsekiri land? I know you would say yes... so I will go further to ask, if they weren't historically owners of their land why did the british sign treaties with them as aboriginal people's of the area same period they signed with the itsekiris? |
