There truly is widespread and pervasive unemployment among the youth of this Great Nation.
The President and his team need to work extra hard to find jobs for the teeming youths, in this new year so that they can find themselves in gainful employment and leave this forum for intellectuals to rub minds on issues of national interest.
PS.. This should rather be in the jokes section.
PoliticsRe: Innoson Brand Automobile Goes Global by Day169: 6:40pm On Dec 30, 2015
I wonder what the cost of these vehicles are. I hope that they can be attractive enough to compete with their imported rivals which have a more established brand name and supposedly better quality.

It amazes me to think that, while some patriots are working assiduously to bring about the desired change, others still indulge in immature and irresponsible remarks such as this..

PoliticsRe: A Gladiator Among The Lions : President Muhammadu Buhari by Day169: 9:19pm On Dec 12, 2015
Jakumo:
My perception has changed, Ogbeche. It is clear as day that the new president is NOT going to repeat the mistakes of the past, and more importantly, is going to tackle Nigeria's professional treasury looters without fear or favor.

Nobody in their right mind can ask for much more than this from a national leader, so, for all it is worth, I hereby take back ALL the harsh words I wrote here in this forum about Nigeria's current elected president, for they were typed in error, and on the basis of prejudices and assumptions that time has now proven to be false and erroneous.
Redemption for Jakumo!
It takes a man and a lot of courage to accept the truth in the face of persecution.
You are forgiven.. but there's little time and room for further error now.
Go and preach the truth to all "political" gentiles! ..you have been rechristened "Political Paul"! wink

PoliticsRe: GEJ & PDP Are Accomplices To Boko Haram by Day169: 11:16am On Dec 11, 2015
vicadex07:
Ex NSA late General Azazi said it and he was sophisticatedly murdered and replaced by Sambo Dasuki.

Now it is so obvious to discerning minds that the PDP and GEJ never wanted the Boko Haram menace in the North to end simply because it gives them an affront and excuse to loot the nation dry.

GEJ was also less concerned since the menace was restricted to the North. Instead of buying weapons for the Nigerian Army so at to quash the Insurgency, it was reported that Dasuki Illegally brought in truckloads of weapons which were not accounted for by the army.

So it is safe to assume that the weapons were forwarded to Boko Haram so that the insurgency can be prolonged thereby creating an Alibi for them to continue looting our resources.

If APC had not won the last election, the Boko haram menace would have continued unabated with no hope of how soon it will end and peeps like Dasuki and PDP generally will continue to enrich themselves with blood money. In short, PDP politicians are the sponsors of Boko Haram and that's why since the insurgency began, no high profile sponsor or suspect has been named and arrested by the PDP government.

"PDP is Boko Haram" - Late General Azazi
Sounds plausible, a very sensitive issue though.
But what blows my mind is that despite the constructive way the OP expressed his views, how some "block thinking" criminal minds respond with invectives is totally uncalled for.
This is supposed to be a forum where intellectuals exchange ideas .

muhamm3d:
I understand your point actually. But if you can afford the car i dont think bringing in the parts should be a problem. I n addition if someone buys a car like this i dont think its a car that person will be driving everyday, mayb an every friday ride if a muslim or every sunday ride if a xtian and with such usage that person may not even need to service it in a year although that is predicated upon how good the engine is but all things being equal in 2years sef you may not need to service let alone having need to replace any part. Very nice ride and happy sales!!!
..This is quite an interesting response with valid points noted, enough to convince even a skeptic like me.
So if the lucky buyer is thinking just as you have discussed, then a trend setter he must be.
Happy sales Bro!
AutosRe: Tokunbo 2011 Masarati Quattroporte Sport GT S Coming Soon! SOLD! SOLD!! SOLD!!! by Day169: 2:44pm On Dec 07, 2015
Please forgive me if I sound pessimistic but what's the point. I bet there are less than 10 units of this car in the country so how is the buyer to maintain it? Talking of the parts, how will they be sourced or 'improvised'? This car isn't Japanese nor Korean, German nor British, but Italian! Same as the "Ferrari and Lamborghini". Even if it used Fiat parts, where are they in this country?
If we're to expect it on our shores in 4 weeks (or 3 weeks from now ), would it still be a smart idea shipping it to 9ja if it hasn't left the shores of its Source? ..my 2 kobo.

Ingenious! I think this scientist's effort should be applauded. To achieve this feat considering his limited resources is laudable. It reminds one of the potential we have as Nigerians.
I believe that he deserves some commendation at least. Thumbs up Bro!
