3.6 REMOVAL OF ELECTED OFFICER
If an elected officer is deemed to have breached any of the rules or conduct his/herself in way unbecoming of ‘fit and proper’ Igbo, or have become inactive for 2 months, a motion of no confidence vote shall be called by the Election Commissioner on receiving a call/complain to that effect by 1/3 the number of votes the officer received when voted into office. The complainers must duly be subjected to the ‘Nomination Rules’ in effect.

Such an officer will face the Igbo electorate again in a referendum which will require a simple majority of 50.1% of valid vote cast to either validate or dethrone such person. Failure to re-validate the vote shall trigger an election within 30 days of the dethronement.

Abagworo: Even ACN is dead with the formation of APC. ACN was founded by merging AD and APP but ended up winning the Southwest. The remaining faction of APP changed to ANPP. So in essence, it is not a Yoruba party. APGA is not an Igbo party either. Rochas didn't win because of APGA as PDP and ACN were stronger in Imo State. He won because of his established popularity.

Roland17: It was a very sad and disappointing night, Bayern were not exciting but they played to a perfect plan, which was to score an early goal which would destabilize the team and they took it from there.

Was Dante, Alaba and Martinez breathtaking like Dayo hypes them like the second coming of Maldini, Lizarazu and Makelele? HECK NO, we did not exploit that weak Bayern defense, we lack depth and i dare say Jack swept and controlled the Midfield last night, they could not cope with his pace, control and pass, but where was the support? Ribery and Kroos had to be taken off very early for more defensive minded Gustavo.

As for Giroud, maybe we would have held on and made it tougher if he started, but i maintain my stance on his efficiency as a striker, its below average, comparable to Adebayo's style of play

All in all kudos to Bayern, they deserved the victory, but i doubt they can make it to the final with what i watch last night.

Onlytruth: The only party that gains from APGA's factionization is PDP because PDP is closest on the ground in SE. With what is going on now, Peter Obi might simply move all his political assets into PDP and Anambra will become a PDP state once more. If that happens, its game over for APGA in SE.
As for APC, people in much of SE will blame it for dismembering APGA and shun it like plague. Perhaps this is all for good.
