Yes maybe Fabregas exaggerated his fall(most players do it), but he was goal bound and it was clear foul by any standard. Kuyt was going away from goal and Eboue's challenge may have been clumsy but I don't think it was a foul unless under d most lax standards.

The rule says any foul in the box. even if the player was facing heaven.
