I don't think there's need for dogmatism here. Evolution is not a scientific fact but still in the pursuit of knowledge, they did not kill the idea that evolution did not happen without searching for evidences and accept the belief that we were created in a garden 6000 years ago.

The adaption will continue for as long as the planet exists, a perpetual process that will never stop. That is evolution.
