So an election should be an event where people vote for people, regardless of their background. So Bin Laden should be allowed to contest in an election (And don't say that it is different because they are both criminals).
Atiku should be in Jail not running for an election, the consequence for stealing is jail not barring somone from something and saying that's it. Fine Atiku should have being allowed to run, but how could he run if he should be in Jail
