Reno would do and say anything to make Jonathan look saintly to Nigerians.
Such a disgusting idiot. Jonathan was the first to grant amnesty to repentant boko haram.
Was he romancing them then?
Almost daily or weekly this government is killing tens and hundreds of boko haram and iswap fighters. Is that how they romance people?
Reno will never cease to be idiotic, whipping that religious and ethnic sentiments. He has refused to accept that Jonathan also contributed in his own way to the problems of Nigeria today.
He wants to force saint GEJ down our throats... |

Depay deserves a goal in this. |

jpmoriarti: Of course, you're right. Loyalty hardly exists. But these things are never here nor there. And I never criticised Messi when he was on a downturn last season. Messi gave us everything but he could have given a bit more. Man earned over 300m euros in 5yrs. So he was adequately compensated for all glories and joy he brought the club. You never did but die hard fans resident in Catalonia did! What does this tell You?? |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by ddippset(m): 4:24pm On Aug 14, 2021 |
jpmoriarti: Well, his singular act has now allowed the club to register Depay and co for tomorrow's curtain raiser. Pique may not be the force he once was, but he is an embodiment of what the club means for the fans. A future President of the club. So shall we say he has started playing the politics with his "very nice gesture"? |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by ddippset(m): 3:48pm On Aug 14, 2021 |
jpmoriarti: He is signing a new contract bro. There is no law that said he cannot agree 100k euros pay year in the new deal. This is not about salary cut. It is a new deal.. It is different. Dont say I am ignorant.
Meanwhile, Pique agreed to a substantial reduction and also deferring of payment. Once there is will, I am definitely sure a formula could have been found. Meanwhile you have no idea what goes on in football nowadays. Loyalty hardly exists.. See what Madrid did with Cassilas and Raul. Last season when Messi went many games without an "open" goal some Barca fans turned against him and called him shiit, wanting him to be sold. Some clowns in this thread weren't left out. So Messi is supposed to play for free despite the income he brings to the club; and then when he's done tomorrow and not playing tpo well the same Barca might kick him out like trash right? |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by ddippset(m): 3:43pm On Aug 14, 2021 |
jpmoriarti: ❗Gerard Piqué is going to receive a very low percentage of his annual salary. He'll play almost for free as compared to other elite players.
• He has deferred as well as reduced his salary, and will collect the agreed amount in an extra year of contract.
Via (): @tjuanmarti
I think Messi could very well had done same thing but instead he shed a tear for us. Lol Pique taking a pay cut is like Boateng taking a pay cut for Bayern. Boateng wouldn't be praised for taking a pay cut while Lewandoski declines. Know why? Boateng is shiit nowadays. For 2 seasons now Barca fans have been wanting Pique out. |

Like what? Lol. Travelling to Camp Nou every weekend to see the games live?? Or maybe benefiting from FCB's CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). Believe it or not JP at the end of the day we all are plastic fans... I like to say it point blank. All we owe ourselves is to enjoy the beautiful game of football, wherever it is played and by whomever it is played.. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by ddippset(m): 12:52pm On Aug 14, 2021 |
jpmoriarti: Lolz why do you think the club had to include the role Pique played in having these players registered?
It was clearly not beyond Messi to elect to play for free for the club he 'so much loved' and then get his pay back as soon as the club is out of the doldrums. He did everything he could. Yes he probably did. But he still left and now laughing out loud and hard in Paris
I know its all business though but Pique is exemplary. Pique has done noble but no one still sacrificed as much as Messi did to stay. I doubt that Pique has taken up to a 50 percent pay cut! Play for free Isn't it illegal to drop your wage by more than 50 percent? I thought so!! |

This is obviously a lie from Sahara reporters.
Tinubu himself was aware that the pictures were being taken and he posed for them.
What did he think they were going to do with the pictures? Hide them in Buhari's end of year album?
Haba Tinubu is not a baby now, he is even more savy that our average politician. If he didn't want the pictures he would have stop them from taking them.
Only iidiiots would fall for this cheap and obvious lie that Tinubu is angry. |

Am I going to hate Suarez now because he is playing for a rival? I even forgot to add our very own Jay Jay Okocha to my list. Back then I would do anything to watch Jay Jay. As for Cristiano, I have got a natural liking for players who have flair, are great passers and ball distributors. That's why I don't have De Lima on my list. jpmoriarti: Jeeez!
So you will still be following Messi all the way to PSG.
Won't do that.
I dislike PSG as a club. That club has singlehandedly dealt with Barca. First, they snatched Neymar away from us. We havent really recovered from that shock. Now they take away Messi, even though it is more due to Barca's inability to keep him. Yet, they took him away. And they have never agreed to sell anyone to us.
My dislike for them even now increased by some distance, Messi or no Messi. Because of that, I am no longer interested in Messi's progress as a player. He is a former GOAT. I look forward to crowning a new one as soon as possible. Anyone who is not for me, is clearly against me. As much as we would not like to admit it, Messi is now against Barcelona. If he catch us for UCL, he won't show no mercy There are so many players that have graced the game of football that I follow them and watch them wherever and whenever. E.G. Messi, Zidane, Ronaldinho, Maradona, Bergkamp and many more.. I support Barca but whenever and wherever I see a skilful player anywhere and everywhere, I stop and watch. Even if na 5 aside. Are you seriously telling me that you're going to hear that Messi is playing a match somehere and you are not going to switch on your tv set and watch him play because he's no longer at Barca? Tell me you're joking pls. |

I will always stand with Ronaldo for his honesty, if he says he is leaving, he will leave , if he says he is staying, he stays , he sorts his contract issues or transfers on time , he doesn't pretend i once had a boss who was earning 800k and had worked for 14 years. He had been applying for a better job for many years. He eventually got a better job for 1.5 mil monthly. And he was leaving. On the day of his sendforth this man was practically shedding tears. He was crying cus of his friends and colleagues he was leaving behind, Despite the fact that he was the one pushing to leave the company for a better life. Now i hope you can have sense and relate it to Messi's situation. |

The babe in question wanted to leave last year, throw a freaking tantrum on top of it, and a mere year later is shedding tears ffs.
And you are being emotional clouded like you most of u have always been, writing like he leaving the world and about to die for the sins of man.
He is just changing clubs and where he is going, he probably also has fans, so what are the tears for.
Anyway if u wanna weep, weep. The drama don finish. In few days time let's see if he won't be captured smiling from ear to ear in his PSG contract. Even a man who's mother dies today and cries must and will smile tomorrow. In 2015 when Messï had his biggest disappointment in copa america he cried and still smiled when a new season started so your last paragraph is crap. Messi has at least 100k fans in Catalonia and you have prolly 1 fan(which is your wife or girlfriend) so you could never be in the priviledged position of understanding how he feels about his fans in catalonia. Besides stop nagging about him crying. Anyone can cry at anytime. Even if he forced his departure last year and they were doing a testimonial, wouldn't he still cry? Fucc off abeg |

He has lived all his life in Barca, married in Barca, born kids in Barca same friends same fans same team same stadium year in year out ! That's why he's crying...it is hard to say goodbye. Same way the whole stadium stood up and cried that day Del Piero left the world of football. It has very little to do with the fans.
Have you ever seen a sportsman come out and say...oh don't worry I will just play for free
If it is just about the fans, why didn't Messi take that 70% pay cut ? And then when Barca bounce back from this financial woe...they will then reimburse him ?
UCL is the most watch sporting event ever...billions of fans watching it year in year out why is Madrid and Barca trying to destroy it so as to create a super league ? Why Answer the question yourself. at least this one ïs a different specie of eeediots. at least he has agreed that messi had a valid reason to cry and he gave the reason. so they werent crocodïle tears alterall. so thank you, no argument. |
