What he said before was like making a judicial pronouncement which he has no powers or competence to make. Now that INEC has made its own interpretations, he can accept or reject which he has done.

If you read the part I quoted for you, you'll see him saying "INEC has assumed the powers of the courts by giving judicial interpretations". This shows that unlike ignoramuses like you, Oshiomole knows there are certain things that are left to judicial authority to decide. Though what he's saying is that the supreme court did not void any votes in its judgment so INEC can't void them. But i'm sure even he realizes he's just playing to the gallery for mumus like you.
