Nothing in all these point to works and how lack of work stand in the way of prayers and most importantly, it's from Jesus himself

Our CRS teacher told us that Jesus spoke in parables alot. The key point from all the verses you quote is that Faith is an important spiritual ingredient that fuels the mind to believe and act.

Actually it is not. But some banks mask it as an herculean task. GTB especially. At most 5 working days is sufficient to successfully carryout a name change on BVN

Just because it can't change things externally doesn't mean it's useless. Prayer can be useful for the person praying. It can help people change outlooks, and make changes in their lives as well just like meditation does.

3 years ago, I applied for BVN name correction at GTB. Till date i never got any positive feedback. I submitted every gadman document that was required to initiate the name change. I visited GTB branch at oba akran and requested for my account officer number. When i call the TIV man from benue state, em ask me why i wan change my name. I told him the names on my education cert differs from my BVN cos the ID card i used at the bank was a voters card that i registered just for El fizzy. Him just end the call. My own account officer block me. I just de wait till when i go enter makurdi.

You may have been in gatherings were so-called christians shout fire, Holy ghost fire, without any tangible results in their lives. Some may even result in looking for diabolical means if their prayers are not yielding results.

Why are prayers Hindered.

(1) Unconfessed sin: If a Christian does not confess his or her sins to God, and make peace with those he or she offended, it may cause hinderances to prayers.

(2) Evil Covenants: As sincere and genuine as a Christian may be, if there are known or unknown evil covenants that are not broken, this may resist answers to prayers. Positive confession s might be resisted if there are hidden evil covenants.

(3) Pride: spiritual pride, normal pride, pride of being a prayer warrior can resist answers to a person's prayer.

(4) Lack of Importunity: Praying without intense satisfaction may not bring answers. You must pray deeply until your soul and spirit are satisfied. Do not force faith on shabby or unsatisfactory prayers. Apply great faith when you have prayed through.

(5) Foundational Issues: A Christian who has not dealt with foundational powers, ancestral powers, idols of his father's house, powers of his or her father's house, may have resistance to getting results after prayers.

These insights are from myself and others.
