Nigeria is still very far from attaining the MDG goals i must say.....all we see on paper is wash wash and propaganda by most agencies who are supposed to work with the developed world to provide safe and healthy drinking water for us. No wonder we have alot of NGOs that are out to make money for themselves. This picture of ebonyi is even better compared to the terrible situations i have come across in the northern part. People drink urine water,pest infested water and dirty stagnant water and yet we wonder why we have all these diseases here and there.

Come to Lagos and i will show you the dirty water people drink and cook with in mile12 market,where a woman that sells food collect water from a burst pipe inside the gutter to cook,where a free-flowing water is next to the spot where all these uncultured men urinate. Where school children collect water from an open source daily to drink.......i pity this country.
To all those that think this has to do with a political party,i pity you.....till we remove sentiment and question our leaders,we are as good as them.

Recently there's been water scarcity all over Lagos from the lagos water cooperation and this has been going on for weeks now,yet we sit comfortably without asking questions.
Well Nigeria is still sleeping,when they wake up we will know.

No wonder i saw people trooping inwards agungi road....some looking lost,others looking so serious and some with some level of uncertainty and asking questions here and there....Funny enough most of them came from far places.....I curse unemployment and i pray that things will surely get better in nigeria.
God help us.

• Reconfigures, installs, positions, and remounts modular offices and space (e.g. furniture, wall panels, work surfaces, storage bins, lighting, file cabinets, etc.) to accommodate user needs and maximize office space using various hand, power and specialty tools, dollies and hand trucks.
• Inspects buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair making notes and recommendations.
• Prepares the surfaces and paints various structures and equipment (e.g. walls, evaporative coolers, floors, roofs, doors, restroom facilities, etc.) to preserve wood and metal parts from corrosion and maintain a safe, comfortable working environment using various painting equipment and related tools (e.g. sprayers, rollers, brushes, thinners, etc).
• Wires work station cubicles by studying blueprints; laying-out circuitry for common and dedicated electrical outlets; providing raceways for telephone communications.
• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
• Procures and order parts
• Performs other work related duties as assigned from time to time.
• Preferred candidate must be able to work flexible hours.

Education & Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of trade test III; electrical/mechanical degree holders are welcome to apply.
• Minimum of 3 – 4 years experience in facility maintenance.
• Basic understanding of plumbing and carpentry is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:
• Ability to read, writes, speaks and understands English fluently.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Ability to evaluate objectively, fairly, and consistently.
