Pleas mamas in the house i need your help,I want to know the experience of mothers here who have given birth through CS,your pre and post delivery experience,how did you cope with recovery and nursing? plus any advice and suggestion you can give.PLEASE IT IS URGENTLY NEEDED.

HOW TO MAKE SUYA

Ingredents- Beef, salt and suya mix spice

Procedure
1.Thinly slice the beef. Combine with salt and suya spice and arrange on bamboo skewers.
2. Grill or bake until beef is cooked through.
3.Serve with fresh tomatoes and onions or even cucumber

Notes for Making Beef Suya:

1. cuts with reasonable amount of fat (this is necessary so the meat doesn’t dry out)
2. Combine prepared meat for suya with a little salt and maggi prior to use
3. The thinner your slice your meat, the less time it needs to cook
4.If using a non-fatty cut of meat, bast (rub) the suya with some oil during the cooking process
When you have prepared your meat,allow it for about 30mins either in the fridge so that the ingredients will enter inside the meat well.
5.As you grill,be monitoring it and turning to get it evenly cooked.

When you are done serve with a glass of wine or your choice.....

Here is a secret, the main secret why the suya spice made by your Mae- suya will always be better than your store bought mix or homemade mix……. Kuli Kuli powder, yes you heard me, no Mae-Suya makes suya spice with fresh peanut blend, there is way too much oil in fresh groundnut so kuli kuli (processed groundnut blend ) is preferred.

Ingredients

½ cup grounded Kuli Kuli (Substitute blended roasted groundnut )
½ cup Ginger Powder
¼ cup Chilli Powder
¼ cup Paprika Powder**
¼ cup Onion Powder
¼ cup Garlic Powder
1 table spoon sea salt

** Paprika powder in this context is ground dried tatashe (bell pepper), very similar to ground pepper (shombo). This helps to give the suya spice a more “Red” and bright appearance instead of the dull brown color.

Direction

Combine all of the ingredients thoroughly
Store in an air tight container for future use..

What i can see here is a generation of youths who have built hatred,bitterness and anger in themselves.....yes our past leaders have failed us and we need to question them.But this young man decided to fight for his country under any reason and was shot (thank God he is still alive). I ask all of you here,what have you done for your country? Do you think you are better than him? Why judge him based on his fathers leadership?.Do you wish to be judged by your fathers life? Many of us can not do what all these soldiers are doing and laying down their lives.

Come to think of it,we all have families and loved ones,that we wish not to see them fall into danger....yet we are here rejoicing over someone who went for a battle and was shot.I wonder the kind of leaders we will make with this mentality

We keep on saying the elders don't want to give us the chance to lead,but with this mindset?..........i bet we will find very few who can save us.

Good day doc,please i have a question.while i was pregnant,i was diagnosed of ovarian cyst and was operated upon in June...which was roughly three months into the pregnancy.After which i went for another scan and it showed the baby is doing well.Now i will be due to deliver in November ending but my doctor said the only way i can do that is through CS,that i can not push the baby considering the surgery..I want to know why? because i dont wish to go through the knife again....so worried
