LETS START NOW? START WHAT? op was only talking about the igbo people and not in relation to any other tribe.Why cant you just cool your temper and have a better understanding of his views before you start looking for who to fight with..Other tribes are good in their own ways and there is no doubt about that.You can talk about your people and not make it look like its a fight. I didnt see anywhere he mentioned names of business moguls,or so.This is a general view based on his own understanding. So please grow up and have a mature reasoning,EVERYTHING MUST NOT BE FIGHT. jamalee: |

Alright bro.....its all good,that means we have to be reminded of who is to be prayed for each day.Plenty things de my head. Syncan: That's what SalC says. The prayer isn't done here, but at home...especially with the October devotion ongoing..., saying something here is purely optional and to keep the thread in the spirit I guess. I greet you Ma'am. |
I can see the house is active......to those who are busy,they can say a prayer for each person on his or her chosen day! For me that is what i will be doing.@Salc i just sent you a pm,we gat to talk business and all. ![]() |
Thank u my sister,sorry I hv bn busy with alot of things! I am VERY MUCH interested.I will like to pick the 13th of this month! I hv some intentions I will also make known to you all that day.Otito Diri Jesu............. SalC: Alright request granted! |
Are your colleagues more of women? Dont get involved in their talk and build your self respect too. What is your working environment like? when you are less busy,try to engage your mind on your personal stuff. I have been through it.What i do daily is to ensure i relate with them only on the NEED-TO,better still i condition my mind to the fact that closing time is the best moment i look forward to ![]() Truth be told,you can not work in a place and dont have people with various characters which you wont like.....that is what helps to build your relationship with people for future purposes.If you have all your colleagues as friends and you all relate well,then there is something wrong.It is either you are not being real or someone is playing safe...only time will tell. So my brother,you have to learn how to manage people and work with them regardless of their behaviors. Finally in as much as we dont like some people,others too may have some reservations for us as well. ENJOY YOUR JOB WHILE YOU ARE THERE. Arsenate: I hate my job |
website=real,email=fake....its pure scam,so run for your life ![]() |
Very true,they learn faster than we think.... jnrbayano: "There is every need to keep explaining to the youngsters around us the ways of life......BUT keep in mind, your life itself is a part of the explanation" |
thanks, driand: nice writeup |
1.BE AN INSPIRING ROLE MODEL. Start by setting an example — something that's easier in theory than in practice. (How faithfully do you write your thank-you notes?) It may sound simplistic, but the best way to have polite kids is to be polite. And at age 2, your child wants nothing more than to be like Mom and Dad. 2.START WITH THE BASICS. Saying "please" and "thank you" is usually the first bit of courtesy any parent tries to teach, and you can start as soon as your child is using some words to communicate, usually sometime after the first year. It's going to be a long time before she gets "please" and "thank you" down, but once your toddler starts talking you'll probably find yourself automatically tacking on the polite words and pausing for her to repeat them. 3.ASK HER TO JOIN YOU AT THE TABLE. Learning to sit still for more than five minutes straight is a major achievement for a 2-year-old, so try never to put yourself in a situation where disaster will strike if your child wiggles or wails. 4.ENCOURAGE POLITE GREETINGS. At 2 years old, your child can certainly learn to say "hello" when arriving for visits or meeting new people and "goodbye" when it's time to depart. She will be wildly unreliable about it, saying "Hello" very sweetly on one occasion and then collapsing into shyness or bursting into tears on the next.But in general it's a good move to teach these salutations because they pave the way for the more advanced stuff, like "Nice to meet you" and shaking hands. 5.GREETING AND GENERAL MORALS.If you want to teach your child how to greet,you should first show example by greeting at home either to your spouse,relations,neighbors and people you see around you.The child is watching and will surely imitate anything you do. Abusive words should not be found in and around your home,because they kids end up picking those words without knowing what it means.And by so doing it becomes a part of them. 6.PRAYER AND RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES-The bible says we should train up a child in the way he should go,and when he is old he will not depart from it.Start early to introduce prayers to your toddler (before meals,morning or night devotion by the family,etc),teach them simple prayers that they can remember and also get them involved in church activities ( to build their foundation and understanding of God). REMEMBER,ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN VOICE...IF YOU MUST TEACH YOUR KID,LET IT FIRST BE WHAT YOU DO |

Hello mamas in the house,how is our little babies doing? To the experienced ones i say thank you,to the learners don't hate yourself when you think you are not getting it right....i was once like that. Meanwhile i have something important to share with us,it is the importance of SOYBEANS for our babies.It is rich in protein and also a good supplement to infants from above 6months who dont like taking beans.I add it to my girls cereal,pap,oat and tea with the milk of my choice and it has really helped boost their immune system. If you wish to have the soybean powder and you cant find where they sell the unadulterated one,i make and sell it both in small and large quantities.If you are interested or you know anyone who is,kindly let me know.We are presently in Lagos but distribute to other states both far and near.We also distribute to those outside Nigeria,but presently in UK,but if need be we can also extend to other places.I bet you natural food,well prepared is the best and safe. It can last for more than 4 months when stored in a dry plastic can......So as producer and a user,i encourage us to add it to our children's meal. NOTE-if you have any question,you can ask Back to my night duty ![]() |
I have a piece of advice to all expectant mothers,I have come to realize that in this part of the world we see CS as an evil,forbidden and a form of devilish thing for a pregnant woman to experience.I say NO to that,alot of women have been saved through CS,many as a result of medical issue,circumstances which they couldn't help,even issues that arose like high BP during labor, poor breathing of the baby during labor,Some health history and etc.....That does not rule out the fact that some doctors can just conclude on a case without careful examination and patience (knowing that there is nothing impossible to God). So not to create a biased mentality to mothers here,CS is not a bad thing,it can be an option when the natural birth procedure is not going to work....Meanwhile i had a surgery while i was about 14weeks pregnant and thank God my baby is doing well and it all went well too.Right now i am 28weeks gone and my delivery will be through CS as a result of the sudden surgery...which i don't feel bad about,but thanking God for everything. To all expectant mothers have faith and believe that whatever God has planned to be,must be....at the end you and your baby will be born safely and without any complication. MOTHERHOOD IS A GIFT AND PRIVILEGE FROM GOD,LETS ENJOY IT.....WHILE WE PRAY FOR OUR MARRIED SISTERS WHO ARE DESIRING THIS BLESSINGS TOO |
