They called me from BHC Abuja after my appeal is allowed to submit my passport and current bank statement to BHC Lagos, I submitted on Jan 31st, but was told to come for collection first week in March. Take care and have a wonderful time in UK. Is this normal?

@Vicjustice, Thanks for your response. My bank account is very active. My brother in UK, has already include in the appeal letter that he's going to incurred all the expenses for my trip to the UK, . He gave his 2 bank statement, pay slip and house agreement to show is capable of sponsoring to the UK, which I sent together to the tribunal, with it my appeal was allowed.

I will be taking the updated bank statement with my passport to the UK Lagos Embassy, because it was from UK Abuja that instructed me to go and drop it there.

@Vicjustice, thanks for your response. I submitted my current bank statement to the embassy. Why should I submit an altered one to them since I know the consequences of using a fake document. UK visa is not do or die. Money keeps going in and coming from my account just that the balance I have now is not up to the initial balance I had when I submitted my visa application.

Anyway, I am gonna print it like that and submit to them, I hope for the best. Are they going to interview me when submitting the documents? how long is going to take to get response from the embassy when I submit the documents?

@juzme, thanks for your response. I filed an appeal against the decision of the ECO and the appeal was allowed. The embassy called and asked me to resubmit an updated bank statement with my passport. Now, I have an updated one with low balance than before. Can you give me a sample letter explaining the proof of why the balance is low than before.

The visa customer care that calls me gave me this week and next week to submit the said documents. Unless, I will have to go and reapply again.

Thanks everyone for your advice. Money always goes in and out of my account since waiting for the outcome of the appeal. My balance is not that much, but my elder brother in UK is sponsoring my trip to the UK. The ECO is aware of that.

What's the waiting period of appeal (paper) hearing takes. Was told that my appeal will decided on or after Dec 6th 2010.

earthrealm, thanks for your response. I have already applied for the UK visa, was refused and waiting for my appeal decision becos it was paper hearing. I didn't get this forum in time to ask for advise. I believe God is in control.

Does US and UK shares database. I applied for UK visa in 2010 with my e-pali didn't disclosed that I have been refused US visa in 2008 with naija (MVP). Both the MVP and the e-pali has the same information. Hope it won't cause any problem in getting the UK visa.

You will need to go and sworn affidavit on the WAEC certificate inorder to tally with the age on your international passport. You will need to go to Court very close to WAEC in Ogba. They will do it for you. All the best.

The company I worked provide payslips for 6months they said, they paid me in cash and my brother in the UK provided his bank statement, paystubs, work complimentary card and with the appeal sent me his tenancy agreement, energy bill and council tax bill. I don't have another income apart from my siblings usually support me with little cash at the end of the month sometimes. I'm single and my age is 34+. Really ,just want to visit UK and return back doesn't have any intention of staying back there, can't stay in any countries illegally. Or can I provide a letter that my father gave me 2 shops from his property that I use to collect rent due every year.
