jospepper:It's a purely a technical skill, offline, referrals, and online advertising. |
I am here to briefly share my stories. Graduated over 10 years ago, did other degrees but getting reliable job has always proved difficult. I'm 36, single but seriously want to settle down. I have done any kind of lowly rated jobs you can think of, from teaching in primary school, to secondary school. Worked in a laundry, worked in sawmill, carried blocks, just name. I got a skill which is related to my field of study. It was not paying, contracts weren't coming. Somehow between last year and now, jobs started coming, 80% of properties I use at my house was bought between last year and this year. I don't have an office yet but sometimes this year when I wanted to setup and office vandals struck. I decided to save up. Today by the special grace of God, I clocked over a million naira in savings. Though it's not a huge sum considering the economy, I'm very grateful, this is me that have concluded plans of relocating back to village because hunger wan finish man inside town. This is me that babe of six years abandoned because to her I can't bounce back to life. Life has always been smooth for me till I graduated. I am inspired to write this to give hope to all guys that are genuinely hustling to make life better, God will locate you in your struggle. To all faithful babes that sticks to their man through thick and thin, may your expectations never be cut short. See my account balance in my savings account as at today Modified: I wanted to paste the screenshot but I don't know what is happening to nairaland. My balance is N1, 121, 621. 45. |

I'm in my mid 30s, single and with three degrees. I'm finding life hard for over four years now, she hard to seek comfort in another man's arm when I became so broke. I've been hustling but its not been paying. An old time acquaintance heard of my predicament, he stays in China, I'm based in Crossriver but an Igbo by tribe. He gave me a suggestion of his willingness to invest N15m into my hustle on the condition that we draft a partnership agreement. I will be the one to run the business 100℅. I have doubt in ability of Nigerians to stick to agreement. I have the conviction that his money will yield profit, but he's proposing that we set up the business in southeast. That will be more challenging to me because I've got to relocate. I've been living here for the past 10years. Please if you're (or have been) in a partnership business please advice me. I'm tired of suffering. Most of my mates are settled but I don't want rush into this. Thank you in advance. |
Contine to rest in peace sir. Tell GOD that they have completely destroyed you good plans for this country. Tell HIM to use his holy whip on them |
Rest on the man with good heart. The man that was changing the narration of this country. The most detribalized leader i have ever seen in this hopeless country. Buhari Is a cause. |

I am greatly troubled by the osu/ohu/diala caste system in Igbo land. Its a shame that with all our christianity and education that such racism still thrives in Igbo land my community inclusive. I am ashamed. I understand your plights my sister |
this very short video saved me the trouble. I'm recommending it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NBHUkc1naEU |
This Nigeria after all. Governors govern from Abuja, Buhari governs from abroad, and in Abba Kyari. Teacher teaches from home. |
It's the generation that we found ourselves. Go to marriage tribunals in our churches and you won't find any conflicting statistics. May God help us. |
Go to www.coursera.org and search for data science courses. Most of the courses cost $49 dollars each but you can explore the financial aid and still get trained with verifiable certifications for free. It's a very good platform where you can easily get trained in any specialization. I've successfully completed three courses and am currently enrolled in two courses. Introduction to Python, Python is a good tool for data analysis. Goodluck |
Hmm we are not serious about education in Nigeria. Do your best and pray that somehow your transcript get delivered before the deadline. I want you to get out of this bastardized country soonest. All I know is that UNN delivered my transcript to UNIZIK within 2days, I applied online and paid 15k. I hope they have not changed. I don't know how UNIZIK process transcripts because I will need to process an oversea admission soon. |

May God bless this teacher. May the conditions of this useless country never suppress the dreams and ambitions of these wonderful kids. This what education should be like. O boy I dey 33 when I first enter plane o. |
Ndibunna:I've sighted one of those sycophants that are now scattered in my state Enugu. This my governor is the true definition of mediocrity. I love this initiative from PMT's Sam Onyishi, and I hope and pray that it will not be run like most of the universities I have been had contact with. May God help him to achieve what we read are his visions for this university. |

I just developed this obsession for mini trucks as I have seen, that it could propel my hussles to the next level. I need to be educated on the prices, maintenance and fuel consumption of these mini trucks. |
