Please and please always treat your customers with respect. This issue could have been avoided only if you were nice to your customer and control your temper. No need shouting to any of your customer no matter how he dress and look. I believe you wouldn't have shout in the first place if u know he was a soldier.

I work in Adamawa State as a security personnel, I can boldly tell u that Adamawa State is very safe for NYSC program and other things. You have nothing to worry about. The NYSC camp where they will spend 3weeks is very safe. Security personnel from Army, Police, Civil Defense and Drug Enforcement are there to provide security. Adamawa State is a friendly state compare to Kano, Jigawa etc. Accommodation in Adamawa State is cheap, you can get a nice selfcon in a very nice area where there is light for #60,000 per year. Transportation within the state is #50 per drop with Keke. Food stuff is cheap too.

Section 249(d) CC stated that idle and disorderly person is any person who in any public place, conduct himself in any manner likely to cause breach of peace.
They will argue in court if WhatsApp is a public place and if what he did was likely to cause breach of peace in public.
Take note of the word "Public".

When it comes to been put up with a gun it's an entirely different experience and feeling. it's for this reason we always tell ordinary citizens to never argue or struggle with an armed person. Your best form of defense is to act a coward so that you live to fight another day.

That is what am always prepare to do. I have three accounts. My main saving account app is always hidden in my phone and I don't have ATM for it, even if u collect my phone u can't find it. While the two other bank apps is open for everyone to see. If am traveling, going outings, or even just a walk i transfer cash btw 10k to 20k and hold the ATM for that account. Even anybody like criminal or security personnel on the ask to open the app he will just that see that amount.
