Only 2 ways to secede, referendum or via violence, the referendum must be done by those who seek to secede, your governor, and house of representatives will carry out the public vote of easterners, and submit the proposal to UN and FG...the other way is violence. Buhari or Nigeria will not carry out your public vote for you, you go through the procedure within your people yourselves.
