I should have known that this askibee is a very dishonest person and a scammer before recommending him to anyone. 

When he started portraying the traits of a scammer to the young man, I raised alarm here and he started calling the young man to threaten me.

The young man begged me to take down my thread and comments because askibee had promised to pay back his money.

Now it's over three months which he refused to deliver the service he was paid for and also refused to refund the money.

We are trying to track him down using the Police, Efcc and other security agencies including his bank.

Scammers should no longer be allowed to operate on Nairaland as I have long been among those who have been tracking down such evil people here.

The law will surely catch up with him and he must be punished.

Please be careful with this askibee, he is a big scammer.

Sorry bro, have to reply you because you are one of my long long online friend I met here long ago. To be frank, I pray for devine healing for her. At this stage, she needs your full support mentally, physically and whichever way u can stand by her. From experience, she may be in and out of the hospitals for long for tests, admissions , and the likes. SS is not something that to joke with especially when it gets to stages that she will be short of blood here and there, she is having a crisis.
Red blood cells usually live for about 120 days before they need to be replaced. But sickle cells usually die in 10 to 20 days, leaving a shortage of red blood cells (anemia).
Without enough red blood cells, her body can't get the oxygen it needs to feel energized, causing fatigue. So it's either she keeps on with the transfusion or bone marrow transplant, in either way it costs lot of money here and there. It's not her fault, it's not yours either. Probably the ignorance of the parents.
I don't want to scare you but it requires prayers, a dedicated heart and support , no matter what comes out for her. I won't advice you to get her pregnant as someone earlier suggested because it may be worse than what you think during pregnancy and if anything happens to her, her family will not hold you responsible especially when you have not paid her pride price.

The amazing thing is that she has been healthy all her life until recently when she started complaining of body weakness and was discovered she is SS.

I don't really understand why the symptoms never showed up since birth until now.

Unfortunately,it's just one of d crises she would encounter as SS patient but you need 2 stand by her in times of trial. I'll suggest she should be placed on special diets rich in iron& supplements, incorporate green veggys in her meal&reduce stress.

You have nothing to fear.You should be thankful to God that she's now aware of her genotype. you see,ss patience have an abnormal red blood cell which has a shorter life span(compared to healthy ones)&so they suffer from anaemia(low pcv count).

Greetings to the health experts in the house.

My Fiancee who is 26yr old recently did her genotype test only to discover that she is SS. I'm AA though.

She has never felt any symptom of a SS patient all her life until recently when she started complaining of frequent body weakness. She was taken to the general hospital and a lot of test were carried out on her blood only to discover that she is SS. Her PCV also showed that she is far below the normal blood level.

The specialist in charge immediately recommended blood transfusion for her which was done and her PCV increased well.

Just less than a month again she started complaining of the same body weakness. She was taken to the hospital for another PCV test only to discover that her PCV count has dropped tremendously.

she is currently on another round of blood transfusion but it's no longer making sense as we don't know the actual cause of the frequent drop in her PCV count.

Please I would appreciate your sincere contribution to this issue. I would like to know the cause and possible solutions to this whole thing as I intend getting married to her this year.
