Night travel!!! Remember travelling to and fro bauchi state at night like 4times during my service year...I was always scared then..I wouldn't take such risk again!!

Watched a programme on Nat Geo,(Banged up abroad)..and got scared of Saudi thereafter...health workers who get jobs there and go over there are not permitted to travel unless when they are on leave.Their passports are collected from them once they get there.

Sometime March this year,I travelled to my village.I saw a boy of about 9years bitten by a snake,My very first time of seeing someone bitten by a snake...he was sent to buy sugar around 7:30pm.Rather than buy the sugar and go home,he went to search for mangoes.Though he was with a torch light,he mistakenly stepped on the snake which struck and went away immediately...When I saw his leg,it was still very swollen and he was limping around with it.The Mum said I saw it when the swelling has gone down a bit that if I had seen it when it happened,which was a week earlier I would have screamed.I even saw the two spots on his foot,where it bit him from.I was really scared that day,they said he was rushed to a herbalist who gave him a concoction and that he vomited the poison.....I guess if it was a venomous snake,it would have been a different story.

I just rushed now to cover the manhole in our flat which has been open for some months....already scared and looking around our rooms.

Its good you stood against sending him to a boarding school at such a tender age and your husband has agreed.It remains the very best decision.Wishing you the best as you raise your kids.

This story is giving me goosebumps....no wonder travellers now prefer using train from kaduna to abuja and vice versa.

My dear please don't listen to that voice telling you to end everything....all you need now is counselling.I will suggest you go to a govt hospital tomorrow,their heart to heart section....alternatively,go to a good private hospital and meet a doctor.Its well,its not the end of the world.God will see you through.

The next building after it is being worked on,its obvious its an old completed house but the landlord has decided to add to it....This is too risky.

OMG!!!!! Chai!!!! He was the Doctor then at MRS School of armour Bauchi when I was serving.Very gentle and kind man.....he was a lieutenant then.This is heartbreaking....just going through the pictures we corpers took with them all at the Station and seeing him...Chai!!!!!! .....May his soul rest in peace.

Yankari game resort doesnt have a swimming pool,what it has is wikki warm spring...it has the shallow part and very deep part...guess he was trying to swim at the deep side.What a loss.

If you have the means,relocate to a different state or country.This is a very serious issue.

I feel what you are going through.Please be be strong and pray.Love and Cherish your son,the progress he will make all lies in your hands.Always play with him and leave him to play with kids around if there are any.Buy him toys like building blocks and teach him how to play with them.i have had the experience of a boy not talking early that is at 2years.Though he was saying simple things like Amen.I know the kind of worry the Mum had each time her Mum in law came around because she kept comparing him with other kids of his age.Dont Compare him with other kids because that will depress you.ALWAYS teach him the right thing each time he goes astray.With all the help you are seeking at the right places I believe he will be Fine soon.

Wow! I thought I was the only one who fights when giving her son drugs.He is 2yrs n 4months now.Even if I mix it with fruit juice,golden morn,pap etc he still detects d taste and abandons it for you...I had to resort to using cane to scare him.Once I pour d drug in a cap and he refuses to take it,i bring my cane and hit it on d floor and chairs around him threatening to flog him if he doesn't take it.He usually takes it after all the persuasions.It really takes time.

From a very reliable source,the doctor was a sickler.He had attacks during his studies at Unilag.His classmate back then confirmed it.May be that's what prompted his actions.What a Waste!!!
