Well, I know a bit about China. I have travelled around there a bit. There is a reason they have such forced holidays. A lot of Chinese workers live in their factory complexes and all they do all year round is work and work. Some dont step out of their gates until those forced holidays happen. Their government has to give holidays so that people can go out and use up their savings! That helps to have some tuirnaround in their financial sector. There is a lot about China you cant discuss here. Their work ethics cant be matched anywhere.

I personally know young Nigerians in big tech firms. We dont have a shortage of tech talents. We have Nigerians as top doctors also, and in several sectors. Those ones have had to develop themselves to be able to compete at top levels. We should be looking towards ASIA. China and India have built schools to train their people to compete well globally. They are ahead. We should be that ambitous too as a nation. Things dont just happen. Our schools need to do a bit more to prepare people for the global space.

When you pay a professor N5million per annum, how do yu want him to prepare a student to earn N50m? Our education needs a revamp! MoniePoint is competiting with OPay, a Chinese entity. Chinese people are groomed so hard for the workplace. They are hard to compete against. You see in some Asian countries like Japan, students go to school 7am to like 5pm. By the time they finish high school, you will think they are already in 2nd year of university. We shoud be thinking of stepping up!

How many parts will you carve out of the country? Is it not safer to keep Nigeria as one? Who constutues Biafra? How do you define the boundaries, if for instance, Rivers State says No to Biafra? If you have a vote today, How are you sure that the majority of SE people choose Biafra? Will you be happy to see Nigeria balkanize into 12 small countries? I dont have an answer, which is why I chose to respond to you with questions.

How does that solve the problem?

Taiwo Oyedele is brilliant and has supervised a brilliant policy but he should remember what happens in the multitude of words. He should stay with policy making and not become the spokesperson of politicians. He should remember that whenpoliticians say 9am, they are probably referring to 9pm! You dont have to respond to all questions and you should avoid being the only one talking. Let the government defend themselves.
