Business › Re: Heritage Bank To Acquire Enterprise Bank by deebsman1(m): 8:57pm On Sep 12, 2014
100Cents: The way you people insult people here.

I wonder the wombs some of you came from and what quality of lives you live. So heritage bank has become bigger than Zenith, First bank, UBA or even Fidelity ?

Poverty kwa ? Okay.

Selling an established bank to fictitious names is the last act a regulatory body in the capacity of AMCON should ever do, even if the bidding process favoured the vague name, Fidelity bank should take over enterprise bank.

We all were here when a whole Intercontinental bank(5th bank in Nigreia by value) was sold to Access bank(A smaller bank), up till today, many branches of Intercontinental bank cannot be operated by Access. Assets in those premises are left to waste away.

I am not here to educate you anyway and I don't have time for your Google or stu.pid links. As a former banker and a current businessman, there are some actions that experience and commonsense will tell me never to take. This level of business conduct is not for sale on Google or in the business print media market. Enjoy your stu.pid.ity.

Nigerians keep repeting the mistakes and expect a different result...
very sensible talk

Chatters: Getting an MSc with 2.2 may be tough unless you opt for the course based option which is a little less stressful. Post graduate diploma is very okay. Your age doesn't matter if you are going for a higher degree like PGD, masters etc. I would advice you try applying for a course bases masters and also try for a PGD. Once you get your admission you can then apply with strong supporting documents. You will always be guided in this thread every step of the way. Good luck.
pls any suggestion as to where and which skul in canada where i can apply for the course based M.sc option as u rightly suggested. have searched everywhere for long but can't just seem to find 1. i did Computer Science first degree, 2.95 cgpa

Chatters: Don't pay any agent for what you can do yourself. Don't listen to any body advising you to pay an agent. The person advising you used an agent yet he was refused. Here in this thread we believe in doing it ourselves. NO SOLICITING FOR AGENTS. Every information you need to succeed is here. This thread is more powerful and informative than you can ever imagine.
I am applying for a post graduate diploma, just as no canadian uni is accepting a 2-2 for m.sc, age very late 20's with 2 yrs work experience, sponsored....from experience of earlier peeps here, i belief i should have a beta chance or hustling for UK normal M.sc jeje. more advice, been gbaduing peeps advice for dis place so far smiley

tnuola: You can apply on your own. The first step is by trying to read at least the whole of part 5 to have an idea of the docs you'll need. You can then come back and ask questions I'm sure a lot of people will be willing to help when ur have an idea
nice 1 thx for dat direction, amma get back here to giv u guys details later??
Travel › Re: Travelling To Canada Part 6 by deebsman1(m): 8:44pm On Aug 22, 2014
miketayo: yeah its crazy i paid 300k for mine.. but most people that apply themselves get refusal. just to increase ur chances.they list all d docs u need online, but the embassy ll expect more than the list we see online. So agents are just to be on a safer side.
will advice u to apply before the end of October cos it takes about 2 months for your visa to be processed
thx for that man, can we connect outside nairaland, bbm or whatsapp?

miketayo: I also got admission in lambton college.. I ll advice you to pay at least d first sem tuition fees. you ll have to submit the receipt of the fees in the embassy. As for visa I ll advice u to find a good agent for that. are u applying for September or Jan intake?
Its Jan am applying for and am also planning on paying the 1st semester tuition b4 applying. but why agents?? the charges those agents are asking is just too outrageous, imagine an agent wan collect close to 400k..........."can't somebody apply by 1 self directly??"

Politics › Re: Anybody Who Bombs Himself Thinking He Will Go To Heaven Is Delusional – Sultan by deebsman1(m): 9:40pm On Jul 26, 2014
NafeesaAA: Its funny How Christians select the parts of the Bible to obey and the parts to discard..When the Bible said alot of people who call God & Jesus 'father' will go to hell, he was not joking.
Todays Christians violate all the rules of the bible and standing on hypocrisy, they point hands to everyone forgetting what the bible say about beams in your neighbors eye. Christians will be quick to run to the New testament to bring out the trinity passages and forget all about the commandment of God. They will whip out the old testament to collect tithes and offerings from their congregation, But when it comes time for us to go an eye for an eye, they remember that Jesus never supported that. When it comes time for us to implement the scriptures regarding fornication, adultery, eating pig, creating graven images according to the Laws of Moses, then they will remember that we are no longer under the law but the grace..

thx @ nafeesa, now my mind and heart become so light smiley with all this your quotes. only if they will belief!
Politics › Re: Anybody Who Bombs Himself Thinking He Will Go To Heaven Is Delusional – Sultan by deebsman1(m): 7:20pm On Jul 26, 2014
kr0ne: The old testament contains records of the Mosaic Law, in which tit for tat is approved. Plus a man was allowed to marry as many wives as he liked. The coming of Jesus (in the new testament) was to correct a lot of things. He even said 'if you were slapped on the right face, turn your left face for the assaulter. That means Christians don't have to fight back. God fights for us, but u fight for ur own god! Again, His death atoned for our sins hence no need for animal sacrifices. Jesus came to set things straight, to lead us closer to God. We don't need sacrifices anymore, just pray in Jesus name and turn away from ur sins and you'd be forgiven! That's why we're Christians, followers of Christ.
So quoting the old testament to spite Christians only makes you ridiculous, sir
so according to u and in a nutshell, God was confused wen he was sending down d old testaments and realized his senses thus d new testament. And if u may permit me to ask, is d Old testament a word of God or not?
Politics › Re: Anybody Who Bombs Himself Thinking He Will Go To Heaven Is Delusional – Sultan by deebsman1(m): 2:39pm On Jul 26, 2014
kr0ne: You know why I think you're not a fool but a brainwashed, die-hard Boko Haram member?
You quoted the old testament, that is one. Secondly, you haven't seen Christians with guns and bombs in any of Nigeria, or even in the world, killing, maiming innocent people while shouting 'praise the Lord!' But this you can't boast of as a Muslim, can you?
Thanks for the insults. I won't argue that with u. but i have only 1 question to ask you, what is the difference between :The Old testament and The New testament? is the old testament not Gods words anymore or its no more a biblical verse?? and even by the way, is it that God is now an inconsistent being that he will say something yesterday and say another thing tomorrow grin?? The quran is 1 and only 1 from time immemorial till tomorrow cos Allah is ever-perfect, (no word changing every season).

And to your above quotations/link, pls i will like where the quran ask the muslims to be the first attacker or have you forgotten that when you're pushed to the wall, u will always need to fight back? self-defense things.

NB: boko haram are criminals don't associate them to islam.
