I consider this a far better use of state funds than sponsoring religious activities or building low standard state schools and think it will help galvanize the FG's plan to increase public university fees and standard. I say this because any state govt already paying private school fee for about half a thousand students can afford such fee.

Some state govt may also need to close down their state uni or upgrade it to the emerging standard private universities are setting.
