kingzizzy: To GEJ's credit, he inaugrated a national conference of the Nigerian people to discuss restructuring. That conference sat and agreed to many points and a report was compiled and given to the Government. GEJ never had the chance to take it to the next level as he was swept out office soon after. So dont call GEJ a hypocrite when he did something to get restructuring going. Was it yoruba people that swept it under te carpet? |

Nobody knows what you want anymore. You want referendum, is it not your senators and reps that can get it for you? I expected this man to be applauded by the igbos, but here you are insulting him. Assuming he says otherwise, you will still insult him. How then can you get biafra when you insult everyone? You need enormous support from the senators before you can get a referendum, but how do you expect this "afonja" senator to support biafra when you are insulting him? Like i said, you guys are confused. |

Yorubas should not allow igbos attend their church....same with igbos to yoruba. We dont share anything in common. We dont like ourselves. Igbos should attend the churches founded by their people so they can worship their god in their native language, while we yorubas do same. Let them follow namdi kanu's advice. Igbos should stay on their lane while we stay on ours. You might call me names but this is the best way to stop the hate. Let us live apart. Simple!! |

She is crying not because of her husband's arrest, but because of the fear of going back to poverty. Shameless mother! Shameless wife! Shameless woman! |

Yes. Let this shitty thing called Nigeria separate. Yoruba form Odua republic. Igbo form Biafra Hausa-fulani form Arewa republic Minority south form Niger-delta republic Middle belt form middle belt republic It is high time we admit the truth that nigeria cannot work. We cant be doing same thing and be expecting a different result. Let people that share some form of similarity stay together. As a yoruba man, i see no reason why i should share same country with hausa and igbos. Let Nigeria split once and for all, so that how children will not face what we are currently facing. |
Politics › Re: Niger Delta, Igbo And Hausa All Want To Leave Nigeria Except Yorubas, Why? by deedeedee1: 2:28pm On Jun 17, 2017 |
Let me make this clear to the igbos. No yorubaman is against biafra. Absolutely none!! If you declare biafra today, no yoruba is willing to carry gun to stop you. This is not 1966 that our fathers fought for nigeria. Also, you should mind your business and stop poking your nose into our affairs. We share nothing in common. You should not worry yourselves about yoruba people. We will do just fine. And since many yorubas have come out to support biafra, you should not be bothered about whether we they want out or not, but you think of how your new country will do better than this failed entity called Niger-Area |

And who told you i am against biafra? Look man, i am fully in support of a disintegrated nigeria. I do not support restructuring. Just tell your people to stop opening threads about yoruba people all over the place. They should stop their obsession. azimibraun: I am not God so I can't say I hold anything against the woman and her kids. Her husband was the head of the house and should take responsibility for whatever he has dragged his family into. I know how much my wife could blindly follow me in love and in loyalty in anything I chose to do. She is a victim of marriage love and loyalty. Blame the Man. How many women out there can go reporting their husbands to the law when you don't have a quarrel? A woman can only keep praying that God changes her husband. How about if she was living in fear of being killed by the Man and her kids fate? Married Men with control of their homes will definitely see things differently from kids who just want to make comment. What da hell are you saying? Are you trying to defend the wife or what? |

jomoh: Yes. Nigeria has only less than 20 internationally recognised ethnic groups with the remaining 270+ unrecognised
It also means if China has more than 56 reported then amongst them, they will surely have more than 500+ unrecognised.
Same applys to the Arabs who also have ethnic groups amongst them.
I hope you get my logic now. No you are wrong. The hargest ethnic group in china are the han, and they make up 92 percent of chine. This is a total different case from yoruba people who makeup 20 percent of the nigeria. If one ethnic group can makeup 92 percent, who cares about the minorities? You cant use sub groups to measure a country diversity. Dont germans or other european countries/ethnic groups have subgroups? I am ijesha, and there is no difference between me and an ijebu or egbaman. The only difference between me and the mentioned is that i speak a different dialect from them but same language. |
Politics › Re: Our Diversity Is The Cause Of Our Disunity by deedeedee1: 9:41pm On Jun 16, 2017 |
jomoh: Kaduna alone has more than 20 ethinic groups but according to international recognition, they are all Hausa but a Zango kataff man will never allow you call him Hausa but they speak Hausa.
Han is the major ethnic group in China and you think they too don't have groups like the Zango Kataff who would prefer not to be called Han?
Middle Easterners and north Africans are refered to as Arabs majorly but withing themselves they have groups.
Most of the 20 you are saying will be called Ijaw or Urhobo in international circles but it is within themselves that they know they are not Ijaws or Urhobo or Itsekiri. That means you are saying nigeria has over 300 ethnic groups. Is that no so? |
