By the way where Exactly are those properties? Like i told your before, you are a liar! Just because their are few yorubas in igbo land does not mean yorubas dont travel. We have many in the north. ExpiredNigeria: Bro stop ranting, Op put a simple question there you didn't invest in Igbo what that's south east what stops your from investing in South South? where else in the entire universe does yoruba man has investors in landed property? No where because you guys are not investors to even say that Igbos don't sell properties to other tribe.. you simply don't have the money Yorubas dont own properties in the north? I think only in igboland |

Amberon11: Lol... So many Yoruba's I know own properties in Port Harcourt. I mean so so many. I know a particular Yoruba family that owns 2 houses in Port harcourt, Hausa's too. Don't compare PH to igboland. They are deluded. One of them just said yorubas dont own any property in the north, and that most of the businesses are owned by igbos. Funny enough, i have families that own buildings in the north. The truth is that yorubas dont have interest in igboland. The country will soon split so what is the essence of this thread? |

IloveMoney: In my village alone which is a thick village anyways but developed as every typical igbo village littered with beautiful mansions and recreational joints, If you don't have atleast 2million(if you are lucky), don't even come and price land there. Just imagine carrying a yoruba man to my village to buy land, he will first think that it is a village and why should he buy land there when that 1.5million would get it an acre in a typical village in the southwest or two plots at the outskirts of Ibadan or oshogbo....
and obviously, as a property investor, his which is to invest in the city, but when he gets to the city and they tell him a plot of land is 10million, he will say they dont want to sell land to him, that was why they increased the cost instead of him admitting his poverty and his un-seriousness to by the land. Truly these people are not only myopic, primordial and local, they are just too cowardly for my liking. Why must yorubas buy property in your land when the country will soon separate? |

zionmade: Come on shut up there liar. I mean shut ur mouth ur lie is stinking, i mean very stinking. Is it my ph or is therw another ph ur yoruba people own properties? U have not even left the west and u re here talking Rubbish. The only business yorubas do in ph is taxi driving and selling ogogoro, or maybe were u talking of taxi as properties. Just call d location of one single landed property owned by yoruba in d entire south south. Even in akwa ibom d presence of yoruba is zero except those that peddled their way to eket. In the North yoruba owns nothing, even the market they sell in are owned by Igbos. I have been to all northern states, so mention one. Shut up there. You are a bloody liar! I have families that own business and properties in the north. See lies.... |

sean1000x: My brother God bless you. Afonjas are the people peddling that monstrous lie. The fact is simple...they don't have disposable income like Igbos to acquire properties in SE, SS and even in their regions. Go to Lagos, how many Yorubaas own properties there? Not many. In my street when I was living there, all properties were owned by Igbos and few SS and Northerners. All Yorubaas are renting in their land. How do you expect them to buy properties in SE and SS, when they can't even buy properties in their own land? Buy in your land first before looking to buy elsewhere. Igbos own 99% of the properties in their region. See lies! Mention the street |

I just dont understand why somebody will insult other people because they want to leave a country that was created by a total stranger. It is not as if having a separate yoruba country will do bad, but this guys will rather ignore the truth starring them. What exactly can you boast of being a nigerian? Their answer will be, we are the giant of africa. Really? How has this created jobs for the unemployed? How has it improved health care system? Education nko? We never talk about electricity problems. I just dont get it. It is sickening!! |

Tell the northern elders and leaders to change their mindset and tribalistic nature for the future of the nation Nigeria. Making them to believe that one Nigeria is existing is an error to the unity on this nation. Thankyou. I dont understand that man again. It is like he is worshipping the sultan. This osinbajo just dey vex me. Let there be referendum in the constitution. Nigeria is too diverse not to have one. We cant be denying the truth when it is staring us right in our face. We dont like ourselves. This is the truth. And to think this man is a pastor. With his lies. If you are a pastor dont join politics. There is nothing like "one nigeria". If we are one, we wont need to say it. I have never heard of "one yoruba" before. This is because we are one and we dont need to say it |

Its either Nigeria is one or its divided , either way the South need to work together to get what they deserve. Oodua or Biafra doesn't matter right now Let nigeria separate one way or the other, but the south-south, south-east, and south-west should not share same country. If it happens, it will be worst than nigeria. A country with 3 majority is better than 2. |
